  1. I would be thinking along those lines, but it’s possible some of the new players regret coming here. Especially those from the championship
  2. I don't think he , or I, were saying that was the case. Just one of many examples of disfunction within the club.
  3. Alfie said something interesting on TSP, he seemed to be supporting Still’s reference to some of the players not giving a crap, he said something along the lines of, from his experience that’s very true. Later in the podcast he referred to some players they really wanted out the club in the summer but are still there, presumably causing issues.
  4. You can hear it on “going home with Adam and Jo”, which is a repeat of the Solent post match show. It was in reference to Spors being potentially unhappy with interference from somewhere/ someone else within SR. It maybe pure speculation, but it’s unlike Adam to be so unguarded.
  5. I don’t think there is an answer other than a change of ownership. I don’t trust them to appoint the best manager for us. I don’t trust them to buy players that can be made into an effective unit. If Dragan does stay he needs to have a complete clear out of his staff. Interesting that Adam Blackmore speculated about the possible negative influence of Ankersson?
  6. I missed that one yesterday, I’ll be sure to listen more intently after the Preston game.
  7. I don’t really support him, I’m completely lost with it all.
  8. Not going to, my seat can sit empty, just like it did today at Blackburn. Bristol was a bitter pill to swallow, terrible performance, terrible trip home, got to bed at 2, got up at 6 for work. I’m going to give it a rest for a while.
  9. They can’t actually lose can they, as you point out there is a lot of value there plus there’s the parachute payments and the players they already sold this season. They can destroy us and still walk away with huge sums of money.
  10. That’s the game I always go back to, I was there for that. I think Norwich, just before that, who were terrible at that point had us sussed but we scraped a win.
  11. no he wasn’t, we were circling the drain for a long while. He was well and truly worked out.
  12. No thanks, this decline started with him.
  13. He will, too much money at stake
  14. Oh dear!
  15. I doubt he’d care one bit if he believes in himself. I think it’s more along the lines of the commonly held theory there is something not right about the club.
  16. We are going to smash them 0-0. I have tickets, can’t wait. We could be on a one game unbeaten run by 5 o’clock Saturday, and…. and we could have 13 points, thus smashing last season’s points total before Christmas!
  17. We’ve already equalled last years points total, trust the process.
  18. That’s exactly how I see it and why I’m not in favour of a change at this stage. We may have to re think later if we start getting pulled into the relegation area. SR are really unlikely to get a proven manager with the necessary authority's and gravitas to sort this out, it will be another coach who has to work within a framework and with what he is given by the geeks who are calling the shots.
  19. I’m feeling a bit broken by all things Saints and Sports Republic at the moment, so, it really doesn’t matter who we think would fit because it’s extremely unlikely they will appoint that person.
  20. No it’s not, I didn’t like that at all.
  21. that doesn't make me feel any better.
  22. When you say "didn't get close to winning the ball" I was standing to the left of the goal, a few rows back, and I made a comment to the person I was with that he was actively avoiding putting himself In a position to contest the ball.
  23. I really can’t stand his singing.
  24. In league 2?
  25. Fraser is a pretty good wing back, didn’t he play there in the playoff final and the games leading up to it?
