Which is something I am spending far too much tie doing recently!

I'm not sure that's the case, a bit of despondency, yes, and a realisation that we have a lot that needs sorting in this transfer window if we are to succeed this season.

The minimum expectation I have is that we maintain a position in the top 6 with a surge up the table after Christmas. Its promotion this season or potentially a long road back in my view. Bottom 4 at Christmas = oblivion for the foreseeable.

I've thought about that one, maybe it did work, maybe he wanted to see what the rest of the squad was like and now he knows. It could be invaluable information to the club whilst the window is still open, now he / they knowwhat we knew.

In reality probably took away from the team, I believe he was one of the a-holes causing issues last season

I think we’ll lose Saturday, I thought that before tonight. When the euphoria subsided after SW I realised we still have issues. Norwich will provide a much tougher test than we’ve had so far.

I don't get all the negativity towrds Bednarek and Stephens, they were a CB pairing in far more successful past Saints teams. They will be one of the strongest championship pairings this season IMO. We really missed Stephens last season, again in my humblest of opinions.

I'd prefer him to stay, even if he reviewed the situation in January if we are not heading in the right direction.

Lots of effort and energy to a point, I actually forgot he was playing in the second half. I keep willing him to do well but he remains ineffective. Still hoping he turns a corner.

My only reservation is I think our more skilful players are going to get kicked to crap this season and I’m not sure the refs are up to it or care that much.

I don’t think he’s had his pay cut here has he? He lives near London now. Anyone else and I’d say those things you mention maybe more of a pull.

Does he even want to go there? I’d say he’d probably hoped for something better, probably nearer to his home and a more professional outfit than WHU.

I wouldn’t like to lose Che, is aggression and dynamism bought the game back to life, along with Stu’s introduction, a long time favourite of mine, who id also really like to stay. Really hope your right re JWP
