  6. He's only had a few games - give him a chance.
  7. Stephens is RB, Targett LB. Is a bit strange we haven't played Gabbi in behind someone else.
  8. Thats because hes absolutely terrible.
  9. Cant seem to find any streams knocking about...
  10. Would be what I would go with, probably would swap Gabbi and Ings though.
  11. So will he go, Middlesbrough or Villa? Would rather see us loan out McQueen tbh

  13. Vestergaard Yoshida Hoedt Bednarek Stephens. With the bottom 3 being much of a muchness and not much between them
  14. Got talent, if he can produce this season he'll be a very important player for us. I like him, he's tricky and is one of the few players that we have who can make something happen. Yes he's not great but he has potential for sure. We all need to get behind him.
  15. Either him abroad, or Stephens off to the championship is my hope. We don't need this many CB's and neither of these are good enough or probably ever will be good enough.
  16. I think one of my concerns is that we seem to have recruited for a system, and trained for a system, and then we seem to have abandoned it after 1 game. Now I'm not saying that I think we should go back to 5 at the back, but it doesn't seem to be the greatest management in the world. Be interested to see what happens when everyone is fit what he goes with.
  17. Going to have to marshal Maddison closely, he looks a hell of a talent. ----------------McCarthy----------------------- Cedric----Yoshida----Vestergaard-----Bertrand ------------Lemina---Hojbjerg---------------- ----------------Armstrong--------------------- Elyounossi------------------------Redmond -------------------Ings-----------------------
  18. Depends who the other options were. I'd have rather had Silva or Bielsa, however I think Hughes deserved a go at it after the job he did last season. I like him, and hope he does well, (got no problem with him being hired), though at the end of the day, results are key, and so far they've not been great. Luckily we're only 2 games in so largely irrelevant, however if we carry on as we are leaking goals left right and centre, and starting badly, he's not going to last very long...
  19. Thought Brighton were brilliant, pressed high and gave Utd no time to settle, reminded me of us under Pochettino. Made them kick long into midfield and then pressed the midfielders straight away, was excellent to watch, fair play to Brighton.
  20. Nonsense. No team can be good enough to be top 10 with out striking options, and CB options. We potentially have 1 top 10 CB in Vestergaard, but Yoshida is bottom half, the others are probably championship standard at best,
  21. In Adam Blackmore's defence, he's not going to sit there and slate the owners, he doesn't want to ruin his access to the club, so has to tread a bit carefully. I think he does a great job tbh. Was a good watch, the bloke who mentioned the stadium expansion...i mean really? We couldn't even sell out the FA Cup semi final... Could have done with being a lot longer, which I guess is what happens when there has been pretty much silence for 3 years, and with a new owner who hasn't said a peep since he bought the club, and after 2 years of sh!te thrown up. However it was mentioned that it was the first of many this season, which is a positive. Always difficult when the season gets going though, and there is a lot of short term emotion involved. At the end of the day, we have a stronger squad than last year, we've strengthened in all areas of the pitch, and now it's up to the squad to perform. The owners / Reed need to make sure they get us back on track after a crap few years. Onwards and upwards....
  22. Weird, tried to make me pay the other day, now when I do it it's free again.
  23. Sounds very promising...though how do we buy him outside of the window?
  24. Got to pay now
