Don't think that is the case, It's more the upturn in form, the good results against teams around us, the draws where we probably all expected losses (Fulham, Stoke, Arsenal, Chelsea) Yes it needs to carry on and we need to keep on fighting but we're in a better position that the teams below us, and ever those just above us. We seem to be united and all the players seem to have a strong bond - I'm not sure you can say the same thing about teams like Villa and Newcastle who are in crisis at the moment. I think some of our fans don't seem to realise that our target to stay up, still means losing a lot of games, and disappointing results.

Well it sounds like Forren is pretty much done. So I'm not sure you can say we're nowhere near signing anyone. Boruc has looked steady in goal so thats that box ticked. Maybe a wide man and another CB, but they're luxuries IMO. I don't want too many changes this January. And what was so wrong about the way we went about things in August. We were clearly not going to get many points from the first few games in the prem anyway due to the fixtures, so I think we actually played it very well, adding good young players. ? And also, it's the 18th....which means that there is 13 days left of January, isn't this a tad premature?

Yeh I knew a few people at uni who were Exeter fans. They couldn't believe we'd signed him, and that he might actually play for us. Said it was a waste of money then.

Think he's done a good job when he's played. Gives us something a bit different and has been impressive as a 3rd CM. but when he's played as a 2 in CM he's struggled. He doesn't really offer a lot defensively but he is neat an tidy I the pass and can create. Low on confidence I think and chose to go back a few times last night when he could have driven towards goal or tried the defense splitting pass.

Ha completely agree with the above. Utterly useless. Had a couple of good games at the start of last season, (Barnsley sticks in my mind for some reason) but other than that he's been a pointless signing. Slow, doesn't read the game very well, not great in the air and not great on the floor either. And when he's played at LB.....dear dear dear. Shambles

We're the third least and it's still a ridiculous amount of money. Especially when you add in travel and the general cost of going away (beers/food/accommodation etc). Question why I do it when I spend so much on going to football.....BUT I BLOODY LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
