Renewed my ST this morning and was really impressed by the attitude of the counter staff ! The lad who did the transaction had a laugh about my age, the bird who gave me the free Ajax ticket had a laugh about my seat being already booked (I have sat in that seat since SMS existed but couldn't bring myself to complain cos it was free and cos she was so nice and open about it!). A real feelgood factor which I have not felt for a long while, roll on the new regime ....
