Played golf today with a long time Reading fan and he is more than happy with Nigel, reckons he is light years ahead of McDermott in terms of tactics and motivation ! Said that he was very popular with supporters in general !
The OP poses a reasonable question, but I'm afraid that for us it is a bit like sitting on an aircraft with your life in the hands of the pilot and there is basically bugger all that you can do about it !!
