Really pleased to read this post because I also thought that he was like a fish out of water wide on the right ! As soon as he he went into the middle he came alive and was absolutely brilliant ! Delighted also that we have found someone you can deliver quality balls from free kicks, corners etc, as this has been a recent weakness !!

Lee Mason has always been a crap ref in my opinion and today he was his normal self ! The whole match is on Sky at 8pm, so I will judge his performance in more detail then !

Played golf today with a long time Reading fan and he is more than happy with Nigel, reckons he is light years ahead of McDermott in terms of tactics and motivation ! Said that he was very popular with supporters in general !

The OP poses a reasonable question, but I'm afraid that for us it is a bit like sitting on an aircraft with your life in the hands of the pilot and there is basically bugger all that you can do about it !! Comparisons with the Skates though are pointless as the two situations are as different as night and day ! With private ownership there will always be a certain lack of transparency which inevitably causes concern but in this case I feel (on balance!) that we are dealing with people of honour and integrity, therefore I feel that we can still sleep soundly !

The reason I don't agree is that, as there was no 'inactivity', why ask who is to blame for it ? Opinions and all that, but I still found it a strange thread !!
