Really hard to choose the MotM tonight as there were so many good performances ! I went for Jos, not because of his finesse or footballing ability but (for someone who has been much maligned of late) because he typified the spirit and resolve that is needed to take on the 'big boys' ! A mention also to Foxy as he came in and did the business when it mattered !!

If you are torn between a wall and a fence why not try concrete panels which slot into grooved posts ! More expensive than a lapped fence but a lot cheaper than a brick wall ! Just depends if you like the look of them ? Suggest you google it and you'll get some idea of appearance and cost ! HTH.

I wonder if Robinson has finalised his deal for the car park land ? If he has then he can hold the club to ransom over access, if he has not then he has lost out big time on surveys, legal fees etc.. Have not read the whole thread but would like to make a point about German stadia and income : They have 'safe standing' areas (typically one end, behind the goal) which increases capacity and is cheaper ! I realise that this may still be far off in terms of political will, but at a stroke would increase our capacity without investing so many millions ! Maybe Nicola should lobby for this change and at the same time make a lot of fans very happy !

Players have to understand the concept of 'selective and constructive' booing which you only get at Fortress Fatpipes ! It was his mother-in-law, he went back to Uruguay to be with his wife in her time of need but I doubt that is the reason for his lack of form ! Personally I think that he has a lot of talent but has not yet adjusted to life in England ! My son-in-law is a Utd fan and said that he was relieved to come away with the 3 points tonight ! It's really a discussion about the death penalty or hard labour for life ! All along I have advocated the latter, for two reasons - a) we need a rival, no matter how weak, b) the squirming and infighting under the PDT will be a joy to behold !

Have been Eurosaint throughout the UI and Saints4ever days ! Was living in Belgium at the time and Euro just seemed to fit ! So many people since have assumed that I had something to do with the Commission, the Parliament or even was a big supporter of the Euro, none of which was the case ! BTW, whatever happened to Bent_Eric ? One of the funniest guys and great with the (non trolling)! banter which was the norm at the time !!

As far as the football is concerned they are well and truly f^cked ! To lose at home to the whipping boys of the league is as bad as it gets, most of the rats have now deserted the sinking ship and all they can do now is play some waifs and strays ! The court case and the drawn out PDT fiasco remains in the balance but I would think that even Old Nick must be considering that they are 'not getting away with it' ! It really is the classic 'death by a thousand cuts' ! WTFILN
