But read my post more carefully - even with this dip in form (which IMO, isn't that drastic a dip) the improvement we've made since Pardew took over is clear to see. But not to the three I mentioned further up the thread.
Nobody has ever put "blind faith" in Pardew. I was one of the ones shouting at him to make a sub when we played away to Swindon.
What the majority of people are saying is that we will not judge him completely until the end of next season. That is not blind faith, it is just good old fashioned normal faith.
Because, as I have tried to tell you countless times, football is not that clear cut.
Leeds beat United, but Exeter beat Leeds - does that make Exeter better than United?
Are you still not getting it?
If you play a passing game on a flat surface, you will get used to that.
If you play a passing game on a piece of sh*t pitch, you will adapt after a while.
Did you completely ignore this part???????????
"If you play on a cabbage patch every other week there is a good chance you will be able to deal with it better, we play on a billard table surface and find it more difficult to adapt to the conditions due to our style"
Of course they do. West Hams parent company was in administration for nearly two years before it got bought out, but they never even got a whisper of a points deduction.
Until he signs for us, when undoubtedly certain posters on here will become "wary" of him and "unsure" of his ability, before a few months down the line "losing faith quickly".
would you boycott..? No
would you agree...? No
would you hold him in the same light as Rupes..? No
would you still think he should not bring in a DoF to make these choices..? I always agreed that we should bring one in, as long as they DO NOT interfere with Pardews plans and merely handle negotiations etc between clubs.
