Funny how peoples attitudes change as soon as it looks like he's off. One of our best players, we really need to keep hold of him. If he has this attitude though then i'm very disappointed, as I have spoken to him and really thought he loved the club as much as we do - I honestly would be more than happy playing for Saints. FFS, he isn't living on bread and butter here, he doesn't need more.

Great game, really p*ssed off that you can't carry on playing when the main story is completed though (like you can in Oblivion).

Never played it but that was quite funny. That CD version of the game seems awful as well.

Whilst there is tons and tons to do, it is f*cking annoying once you have completed pretty much all of the quests as you want to keep going.

Lallana is worth more yet has shown less promise than Drew. Plus Surman is a Saints lad so he is guaranteed to put in 100%

In that case, you won't be even a tiny bit annoyed if he does decide to take a bigger offer. You won't even complain about it.

Agree completely. We sometimes need to be more direct. There was a point yesterday where it was 4 on two and Lallana ran sideways, giving Wednesday time to get back and mark up. Ridiculous.

McGoldrick has had more shots than anyone in the league - and also more shots off target than anyone else in the league.

To be honest I thought he would leave. Not so sure now - neither Walcott or Bale actually said they would stay at Saints. I am 99% certain Surman will stay.

I don't believe this to be honest, there is no way we would buy someone who requires us to sell another two just to pay his wages. Absolute bull.

Surely Skacel is on higher wages than Surman? Sure, Drew is worth more, but as Alpine says that is looking at the short term - selling Skacel and keeping Surman will save more in the end.

Out of that list of 6 players sold after he left, 4 definately wanted to leave, and two were offered contracts but refused to sign. I'd say Bale wanted to leave as well. As for "the list goes on" - does it really? I can't think of any other academy players who left after Lowe was here.

To those who say "I go week in week out anyway" should consider this - if that is true, why did you not get a ST or at least a membership? This game is a prime example of why you should get one or the other, and to be honest you only have yourselves to blame if you cannot get tickets. There are lots of requests for the club to do more to reward it's "loyal" supporters - it has done so now by pretty much ensuring them a ticket to this game, so well done to the club. The ticketing policy for this match was 100% spot on, including the prices.

I'd much rather sell John, Rasiak and Saga in january instead of just loaning them out again.
