I've backed him up in the past, but what was it no goals in the last 13 or 14 appearances? That's poor however you dress it up, especially as his hold up play regressed as well for a lot of those games.

If he banged goals in more regularly he'd be off in the summer, let's look at players strengths rather than weaknesses and build a squad that can compete. A club our size can't afford or keep complete players. I get what you're saying, my point is that if the reason he f*cked up was because he wasn't confident on his right then he would have just taken the shot with his left foot instead of cutting back in the first place.

Perfect time for him to start banging them in again with less than 10 games left of the season. Would be nice to be in great form for the end of the season for once.
