  1. Only players from the current squad, England squad and Bale/Chamberlain will be included you'd imagine. Quite a strange choice for a show feature like that.
  2. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25660495 John Amaechi: Football 'toxic' for gay people and minorities What a load of b*llocks. Sorry, didn't realise that we made a decision and announced we wanted no women in boardrooms, black people in management or any gays in our game. I also didn't realise that the very best people ONLY came from those demographics.
  3. Yep Really strengthened the squad there.
  4. Can be interpreted one of two ways. Until there is justice, their son will not be at peace and neither will they. OR Until there is justice, they will incite riots...
  5. Didn't watch the game, but sat here p*ssing myself at this -
  6. #desperate
  7. Finally.
  8. Means he can play against us now (although wouldnt surprise me if cortese slipped a clause in there somewhere that for the duration of his previous contract etc) but thats a decent fee for him. Frees up a bit of funds for us as well.
  9. How many times in prem history has a player been sold in january after signing in the summer? Dont be so hysterical.
  10. Beaten at his near post twice in two games.
  11. Despite being in a world cup squad at the age of 17, the earliest he will make an appearance at a world cup will be at 29 years of age. Here's hoping for some miracle recovery for him to be back this summer...
  12. Only perhaps? Well no, it IS beaten by it. Don't agree with that at all. We've seen rotation this system with Lambert/Osvaldo, as well as the midfield of Davis/JWP/Rodriguez/Lallana/Ramirez. Then you've got those who haven't been rotated - Cork and Chambers - who have not toounmotivated to me!
  13. Few fans of other clubs have.
  14. I think if the ball hits a hand when it's between the ball and the "offenders" body it shouldn't be a handball (i.e, if it was going to hit another part of his body anyway). But if their hands are out and they stop the ball from going past them using their hand - whether intentional or not - it should be a handball. You can say it's harsh all you like, but so is sending someone off if they accidentally bring someone down as last man. The point is when you have a set of rules they shouldn't be left open to interpretation.
  15. Irrelevant. Lambert has said himself he wants to win the FA cup. I believe he said he was desperate...so i dont think he'll be 'desperate to sign for West Ham' anymore (not that i think he ever was).
  16. Lambert gets nowhere near that amount of time and space on the edge of the box in the prem.
  17. His recent interviews tell a different story though. I think his celebration was a bit more muted because it's a game that we "should" be winning anyway and the lack of crowd/atmosphere possibly didn't get the players fired up very much.
  18. Incognito with the fans again?
  19. Christ almighty.
  20. Jordan Sibley ‏@jordansibley 26s Just had an ITV cameraman turn up to film the game who wasn't on the accreditation list. Turns out he should have been at Southend #fail

  22. Would assume he'll be there as well today then. Quite nice.
  23. Do they not play for the U21s?
