I'd imagine all he can get done with is kidnapping as she's not likely to admit they slept together. Aside from that, I saw a piece about their tweets to each other and one of her messages to him was apologising about the night before saying that she felt embarrassed and that she "had a bad headache", so perhaps the reason they went to France was because she wouldn't go through with it here.
