The club are absolutely right to maximise revenue streams, but that is shocking customer service. Certainly not the "politest possible way" of saying it, as suggested above. Forum rules state that any tickets for sale must be done so at face value. As for offering duplicate tickets - big no no. If you want to rip people off/break the terms and conditions of the ticket do it through a different medium, it's not tolerated here.
