What is Forte for? Before anyone says "not good enough", you will not get better than him as fourth choice striker behind Lambert, Connolly and Guly.

Maybe we will - but as long as Guly and Connolly are fit, we haven't got space on the bench for one of them. Completely agree with this. Had my suspicions before but since he recovered from the 'injury' and has now had a relapse (after his court case was put back again) i'd be amazed if he is actually injured.

Seems like a bit of a contradiction to me - getting new players for the sake of it is a bad route to go down (again). I can see Richardson being the top RB in the league if he continues this form.

The technical side of his game came on leaps and bounds while he was here - and with the way Adkins and co have managed to get Hammond, Richardson etc. to really step their games up this season I reckon Antonio would be in the starting line up for us ahead of Guly.

In the last version I would usually just select "non-negotiable" when making a bid, and slowly increase it each time I got rejected until I found their breaking point. That may have been fixed in this version but if not that's the best method to use.

Watch the all angles highlights on Saintsplayer, it's definitely not a penalty. Lambert heads it past the bloke, the ref only gave it because the blokes hand was up, it kinda looked like he touched it and the Northam (myself included) went mental about it. Who says fans don't directly influence the game

We do. I thought the same until I heard it on some highlights last season, and every now and then after a goal I do catch bits of the music.

All he said was that he thought it was time we left it behind - which we then did. It's entirely possible that he had young kids that were confused or even upset by that chance - jumping to conclusions, I know, but no more so than your theory about him being "protected".

I'm still not convinced about that penalty in all honesty. Watching the highlights i'm still sure Lambert heads the ball, and that picture might just have been taken at exactly the right moment after he headed it.

Are you suggesting that he was left out to avoid mild abuse from fans who are still sore over an event that must have happened about 15 years ago?
