  1. Security Guard. Fully Trained, College Education. 1.39 an hour. Just saying - we needed to get a quote for one for our factory down here, that was the average price. I guess G4 didn't bother looking around for where most of the highly trained types from UK were working these days. (Or maybe they did and found out what they charge per hour)
  2. Pah! That's it. The final straw. I'm definitely not going to the Olympics now.
  3. Has he signed yet?
  4. Neither do I. Every farking text comes out similar. Seems my sooper duper phone decided to automatically update it's predictive text. It started in English, then I went to Italy so it added Italian and then I came back here it added Arabic. Feck knows where Norwegian came from. God how I miss my old Nokia. (Although the whole innernet thing is useful) I actually typed Yeah big news for PTS D_P got his fone working. WTF damn typos on predective txt. Visually checked each letter as I typed it and woosh it did that. Still, on the BRIGHT side, my post was far more intelligible than anything put out by the pcfc press office in the last month.
  5. Yeah big news for PTS D_P got his fond søgning. Van bland thpos on predective txt. Ffs LOL Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2
  6. I've got some spare airmiles, but am really busy at work at the moment. Could we send Alps just before the first match day thread of the season?
  7. Ah, so NOW they want change
  8. Oh wow this is exactly what we need. After all, Connolly is likely to move on this summer and we need someone to keep the Physio's in shape. (But seriously? Pay as he plays? Oh yes thank you very much. The experienced pro we will need around the place)
  9. FIFA say no problem.... Don't panic, PFA & Lawyers all reckon Green has lost the plot. More worried about the Buttner issue tbh
  10. Earned the new Ronaldo tag. So like we need another striker? Or is he the upgrade to Guly - Midfielder who moved up front. Or is he the upgrade to Sir Rickie? Pah if he can't play in goal or at CB not bothered at the moment
  11. there you go a source
  12. Got to disagree with this. Unlike the pompey situation (sheer incompetence) the Rangers situation always includes deliberate allegations of specific tax FRAUD, duplicate employment contracts etc. They may well have been a "great club" once but they get no sympathy for cheating DELIBERATELY. We laugh at pompey, we hold Rangers in contempt
  13. Don't have to it was all over the media and on here
  14. In all 13.000+ pages THAT stands out as an absolute classic. Cuba Libre all over the monitor, would never have believed it without the link
  15. Summer Glau. My, she's all grown up now. http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?_adv_prop=image&fr=mcafee&va=Summer+Glau&src=wow Jewel Staite. Hmm she scrubs up well & is currently available after getting divorced http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?_adv_prop=image&fr=mcafee&va=jewel+staite Thunder & Sand storms here today so Satellite was playing up Thanks to this thread & The Avengers movie last week I decided to dig out an old boxed set I bought for 5.99 in a remainder bin in HMV about a century ago. Damn that was a good series. What idiot cancelled it? Now you've made the big bucks JW, how about tying up the loose ends? Fantasy answers on a postcard please
  16. In other shock News, pcfc are saved from extinction by a zillionaire with REAL money. And meanwhile in Dubai, a bar will be serving English Real Ales (Marstons, EPA & Wychwood) at the annual HopFest beer festival this coming weekend. Both of those are things I never thought I would see in my life time. Of course only one of them is true, but the first one would have been more believable. WOOOOO FREAKING HOOO!
  17. Think you Brits better get used to the fact that you have to rename your seasons. You now get a Rainy Season and a Dry Season. So you won't be in UK in next year's rainy season

  19. Has to have been Trousers. He's always posting in the mornings while on a train
  20. No no, you forget that Journalism is all about how you edit a quote.
  21. Done deal then...............
  22. Squirrel
  23. Blimey, Roman, Sacha, 'Arry & Milan all turning up for training tomorrow then. That should attract the biggest crowd they'll get all season
  24. TBF and from the lessons we have learnt as Saints fans in the last couple of years, Murray was NEVER going to beat Federer today. It is what happens NOW that is important. The fans did not TRULY believe he would win. Neither, deep down did Murray, of that I am sure. He had his chances, but if it had been a non-slam would he have faded so quickly once he realised he may have missed his chance? The only thing stopping Murray from reaching the next level is his head. The sheer undying belief that he is the best. Federer had that out there today, Andy had it for about 45 minutes. Now it is down to his coach, Murray will either now learn and go on or he will live his life thinking IF ONLY. In reference to Alp's comment about Cricket. The England team (and it's fans) have, like us Saints, gone through a very strange journey in recent years, we know we will win and are surprised when we don't and move on. Murray needs to do the same and so do the fans.
  25. I just love that one. IF a Nutjob sitting at a laptop, 3,500 miles away from England can find out that Al Fahim had no money (and was being backed by someone who used to be kinda important in UP's favourite Vacation Destination) Al Faraj did not exist And CSI were (I'll be polite here) "questionable" (OK I also give credit to Eddie Mitchell the uber nutjob on that one) How the HELL could not one of the few at least ask a question about them? And no Sue, I haven't forgotten I'll have a hunt for some Tee-Shirts in a couple of weeks
