Ron, Do you know what, as you have started this thread I'll add a post I was thinking of but thought that it sounded a bit soft. My mate and I have season tickets in row gg in block 4 and to be honest, most weeks we're both a total pain in the arse to the stewards cos we're ****ed and a little too punchy for our own good. For the Stockport game, my buddy had to attend a bloody sushi course his other half booked him for a crimbo present. I decided to take my 11 yr old daughter and her mate and I somewhat nervously headed for my usual area at the back of block 4. Now, having the girls with me, I refrained from my usual pre match refreshments. The reason for this post is to thank any other block 4 regulars who stand at the back with me for both their respect for my daughter, apologising for the odd "f" and for making them feel welcome. I also want to thank the stewards for their relaxed and light hearted way they policed a boring game, in fact there was more entertainment to be had with that banter between us and the stewards than there was on the pitch for much of the game. End result, my daughter cant wait to go to another game, (it will be a while cos I do like my saturday with the lads) and she hasn't stopped singing knees up mother brown since. Thanks to all, shows that, granted on a low key game, there is still room even in the itchen north for some respect and boisterous good fun!

I've read that a few times now and it gets funnier each time, its as you say, just how we all feel about the jokers spurted out with real vitriol.

Thats a proper football chant that one, probably too good for our lot to appreciate.

Thankfully they let us re locate from block4 back to block2 where we used to be before they shut it, come on!!!!!!

I think all that will happen is that the Itchen North will re-conviene as the Kingsland South!

For the last game at their ****hole, I took 100 inflatable skates and handed them out, they were all over MOTD, I got them from a pound shop in woolston

Do any original Itchen North Block 2 season ticket holders remember the old pledge to give first refusal on your old seat if the block ever reopens? well, I'd bloody love my old seat towards the back of block2 for this one but the club seem to have side stepped the promise. can anyone shed any light. BTW I'm a season ticket holder in block 4 so not the end of the world.

Pretty much the usual suspects, but bunched together more, best laugh I've had at a game all season, as we were singing it, and at a guess I recon the average age of the main culprits was 40-50, there were huge grins on our faces as the craic was lost on all the younger ones who joined in with a bemused look on their faces. :drinkers:

You can buy a compilation called super Saints on itunes which has the bring him on for England track on it! I have such fond memories of Murph's RW rip off, some lads in the brothel we ended up in after the Bucharest game had it on them. and seeing a load of young beautiful east european hookers slow dancing and snogging each other to it as it was blasting out from the DJ will stay with me for ever!!

HELP PLEASE; Sods law dictates that I'm stuck on a booth at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show until Tuesday! - Now, I know a lot of you will have no sympathy for my situation, but apart from registering for the feed through the OS does anyone else know how I can tune in and play out loud the game during the show?
