  1. Good performance against a team full of obscenely good players. Goes to show how much we have improved that they were wasting time with half an hour to go and went defensive for most of the second half. Enjoyed being in the stadium again, was a bit strange with so few people. To be honest I was just happy to be there unlike the lad a few rows back who spent most of the game moaning about us playing it around the back. It got so much that I ended up having a go at him in the second half at which point he shut up only to try to tell me at the end that I should have stayed at home because apparently shouting "get it forward" is the mark of a true fan. Muppet.
  2. Playing well, just got done by a quick move and decent finish. Unfortunately we're sat in front of the one bloke in the stadium who can't stop moaning. Otherwise the fans have been really positive which is how it should be considering we're having a damn good season.
  3. Yes mate. That's going to take some work for the club. Simon's in Surrey. He had my tickets in his account. I guess he can give me his login so I can print mine out but it's all so last minute.
  4. Draw was fair. We didn't really trouble them enough with 10 men. Thought they were well organised after the red card, I guess they have a fair bit of practice at it though. Disappointing goal to concede. We had enough chances to bring Saka down but failed. Nice finish by Walcott, lovely weight of pass from Adams. Walker Peters probably MOTM for me. Ings had a frustrating evening. Redmond looked most likely to score when he came on.
  5. You could try the car park under the Itchen Bridge by the rowing club. You'll probably get in there. We normally leave the car in Woolston and walk over the bridge because I'm tight and don't like to pay for the bridge or parking!
  6. Seems like we have tickets for Man City. Applied as a group with 2 families and my friend had an email earlier saying he had 6 tickets.
  7. What if people boo the knee and then people start booing the people who are booing the knee? Would the first lot of people then start booing the people who are booing them because they were booing the knee?
  8. Thought he played quite well.
  9. Feel free to ignore, just seen the other thread
  10. What's the set up inside? Is it straight to your seat with stewards making sure you sit in the right place? Would they stop people from coming in if they missed their timeslot? Any bother with people not having filled out forms or anything?
  11. We're quite good
  12. He's on now. And it's 1-1.
  13. Good win, wish I could have watched it.
  14. Is this online anywhere?
  15. That doesn't give them much time to invite an extra 2000 people if we go into a lower tier.
  16. Me too. There was a bit at the bottom mentioning there is more chance for the Man City match because successful people this time won't be entered into the next ballot. I wonder what they'll do for the FA Cup game because that's obviously not included in season ticket purchases.
  17. Yes I like Shame. Seen them, what 3 times I think. They played Pompey at the end of 2019 supported by HMLTD (mad band, insane live) and a little known Irish act called Fontaine's DC. Shame seem to be moving their style slightly but that's all good with me as there's no need to make the same album again. Personally I just love music and spend a lot of time listening to new bands either online, on the radio, at gigs or buying records. Oh, and there's also resurgence of print magazines. I highly recommend So Young which is made by people from Southampton. https://shop.soyoungmagazine.com I also use Bandcamp a lot which is where I came across Yard Act. There's so much amazing music out there, sometimes just needs a bit of hunting down.
  18. Man United 3 down against Leipzig who they beat 5-0 recently. Looks like they'll end up in the Europa League. Funny.
  19. This is happening at the moment...
  20. Yes it was Fonte. That was the most ridiculous decision. Poor Brighton!
  21. Improved second half although that was coming from the very low bar we set in the first. Vestergaard another solid performance, thought Romeu was good too. Bringing Ings on obviously helped because we had more up threat up front. Not sure on the penalty, I'd have been pissed off if it was given against us.
  22. Loads here https://rediitt.soccerstreams.net/event/brighton-&-hove-albion-southampton-live-stream/559543
  23. Brighton haven't won at home in the league for about 300 years. I do like the one piece of green in this screenshot.
  24. Bookies have Brighton as slight favourites.
