  1. I tried to find a pic of her looking really rough to prove that she was well past it and you lot were hag hangers. I failed. She looks pretty damn good in google images.. Shame she's had her tits pumped though.
  2. Kerry Katona
  3. They're ghey
  4. We beat a poor side at home - we're nailed on champs. We lose away to the team with the best home record, we're **** and its back to square one. ho hum
  5. Big improvement all round. Shipped five against last season. Were going up!
  6. Not really if you read it. Hes saying its questionable whether its worth risking a whole crew to save one climber. Why would you risk a live crew to save a dead man? "If one day a rescue operation is requested at these altitudes, people will have to take all these factors into consideration to decide if it is worthy to send a crew to rescue one climber, all the risks shall be evaluated because it will stay a very tough mission even with a powerful helicopter. The Nature forces you may find there can overpower every helicopter capability! "
  7. What is it with Holmes? Thats two successive managers where he has come on, done an impressive 20 minute cameo and disappeared again. Cant be injured again surely?
  8. As Smirking says - what difference does it make? I have absolutely no problem with people being gay. I hold my hands up and admit I feel uncomfortable around very camp men and butch women, mainly I think because it feels like an affectation and is excluding - 'we're different to you'. But I dont think my view is predjudice, because many gay people feel similarly.
  9. So £80,000 per month Kitson has to pay £40pm for 22 lunches -less than £2 per meal. I have to pay more than that for my 5 year old's school dinners. Its just gestures and 'poor me' to the media whilst the serious cash continues to be burnt. AA assumes everyone is stupid and cant see what he's doing. Maybe he's right.
  10. Whisky or Naomi Campbell (take your pick)
  11. Of course one party makes the decision. But you don't sack or resign first and then try to hammer out a compromise agreement afterwards. The whole point of the agreement is to avoid a sacking. If the employee resigns first, then there is no need to pay compensation. The way it works is both parties agree terms and then the employee resigns. Easy.
  12. Er, no. Just plain wrong. Weird because you've contradicted yourself. Post 58 is most likely how it happened.
  13. But the situation with Pardew isnt the same as someone nicking from work or going sick for a month when they're on holiday in Majorca. Its all much more public than that. Yes the law applies, but neither side want to use it.
  14. If you google 'old spanish hooker' a picture of Rooney comes up!
  15. Apologies, just seen post 34 making 38 unneccessary!
  16. Court cases by their nature are adversarial. You would have Pardew claiming all kinds of things about the club to prove his case and the club claiming things about Pardew to prove theirs. The press would lap it up and both sides come out looking bad. When you take into account the uncertainty about who will win, and all the legal costs involved, why would either side take that route? Far better to just agree a settlement quietly.
  17. What instead of signing new players on £20,000 and £18,000pw you mean? Blimey radical thought
  18. No-one, club or manager, wants the bad publicity from an employent tribunal or court case. Mostly people in higher level jobs dont get sacked or walk - there's just a mutally negotiated separation agreement.
  19. Not a simple as that though is it? Most people are a complex barrel of contradictions, good and bad. If Hoddle was a total arse through and through, he wouldnt be running an academy for little or no money giving second chances to players released by their clubs.
  20. But no-one knows what the settlement is do they? It could be anything between Saints paying him and his staff the full remaining value of their contracts and eating humble pie, through to Pardew paying the club compensation for the additional costs incurred in handling the fallout from some outrageous behaviour by him. In practice, its probably somewhere in between.
  21. I know a guy who builds pointlessly huge houses for the super rich. He says that without exception, if he goes back to visit them a year or so after moving in, they are living in a little group of just five or six of the smallest rooms in the house. They build them for show, but then realise they dont like watching tv or sleeping in rooms the size of an airport lounge. No-one really uses more than about 3,000sq feet / 300sq m.
  22. I also received 150 hours of community service there. Cost me more than £500 though.
  23. http://golondon.about.com/u/ua/thingstodoinlondon/london-hidden-gems.htm
  24. I'd be happy with all three playing two thirds of the games each. Its a long season.
