Hi - my son got a Lego City Train Set for Christmas but can't find anywhere in the UK that has extra rail track in stock to extend the layout. We've found a couple of sellers on EBAY who are just selling curve sections but no straight pieces (although watching some auctions underway in America) Anyone out there got any track they don't want and would like to sell? Keep contacting their complaints department, reminding them that they are spending more on responding to your calls and correspondence than the cost of the refund innate first place. Pester them enough and it will eventually be more economical for them to pay you than continue with the dialogue. And make sure you copy your correspondence to the chief exec's office each time too.
