Football fans arrested in Bristol City friendly

Fans were arrested during was trouble outside Ashton Gate as Bristol City took on Dutch giants Ajax in a pre-season friendly.
Police had to intervene as violence erupted amongst supporters outside the ground before and after the game.
Avon and Somerset police said there were 10 arrests for assault and violence and disorder.
Of the arrests, nine were of Dutch fans, and one was a Bristol City fan.
Police spokesman Simon Whitby, said: "All the arrests on the night were outside the ground or in the city centre, before and after the game. There were no arrests within the ground itself."
He also confirmed that two more Dutch fans were arrested for possession of cocaine on July 14, the day before the game. They have been cautioned and released.
