  1. It is more than just a rumour, the BBC/ExpressFM have direct quotes from him... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/p/portsmouth/9120575.stm So another possible owner with a case to answer in the High Court! They sure do attract them! Unlikely any clean businessmen would see them as an attractive investment proposition.
  2. Have you both been doing proper preseasons and giving players short game time? Tired/unfit players more likely to get injured.

  4. That isn't a statement from Gaydamak at all.
  5. Was he fully fit when you starting playing him again? Did you give him reserve football to aid his recovery? If not match fit after returning from an injury then a player is more likely to get another injury. Alternatively it could just be a coincidence. The game uses data from physioroom.com to reflect real life injury rates within professional football.
  6. Is that aimed at anyone in particular?

  8. Maybe if they didn't sign Lawerence, Kitson etc etc they'd be able to afford the £2.5 million Gaydamak wants.

  10. I don't see why the argument about having too large a fanbase for non league football so must start in League Two, stands up. What is the logic behind it? They can just restrict the capacity of the stadium and make games all ticket to help with police costs.

  12. Impossible to answer as it depends on so many factors. For a start, the club has a whole year of trading before that point.

  16. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Sacha-Gaydamak-Puts-Future-Of-Portsmouth-In-Jeopardy-1522.aspx The administrator was just interviewed on Talksport and denied it is as bad as BBC and Sky say.
  17. AA is now on Talksport denying it is as bad a SSN and the BBC say it is.
  18. It is there on his twitter now.
  19. He is a BBC reporter.
  20. It doesn't appear here... http://twitter.com/#!/danroan At least it didn't when I posted this at 18:22pm
  21. Have it at £1.4m then, you still have £13,000 per week wages to play with. Or 900k transfer budget with £23k wages to play with. Which is loads in League One! Plus you can offload some of the crap in the squad to free up wages. Remember season one budgets in FM are skewed because the clubs have already spent their budgets for the summer in real life.
  22. Select win the league as a board expectation Goto boardroom > click edit budgets > you can slide it all the way up to £1.9m Yes, it does impact on the wage budget(which is realistic), but still makes it possible to spend a lot more.
  23. The finances are there, you can have a £1.9m transfer budget for Saints on day one if you want. Guly costs half that!
  24. If there is a player you really want but is outside your budget you can ask the board to do the deal for you. So not as rigid as you think...
  25. Who, apart from those at the top of the club really know what that is? We are all guessing.
