??? Saints don't have a membership scheme. You just have to be on the database and all that requires is having been to a previous game.

Harsh, but an element of truth to it...

Both Chaplow and Lallana were shown training and Hammond has started running again. Adkins said Lallana's scan was far better than first feared.

Should Pompey be loaning out and selling youth players and then making £250,000 bids for Championship players? Whilst at the same time complaining about having a small squad. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Transfer-news-Portsmouth-have-tabled-a-250k-bid-for-midfielder-David-Norris-of-Championship-rivals-Ipswich-article677031.html

Cortese was asked in December 2010 if Chamberlain or Lallana would be sold in January 2011 and he said "No". Since then, Lallana signed a 4 and half year deal and Chamberlain has not been sold 19 days into the window. Little reason not to believe Cortese so far as he has pretty much delivered on all fronts so far. "Alex is not going to go anywhere - we're talking about a very young player in the first year of a professional contract. We'll have to cope with the rumours and we have to help the kid cope with the rumours. We've got a great prospect for the future, but not the transfer market." The full 30 minute interview available to watch at the bottom of this report... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/southampton/9269293.stm Adkins also has said in numerous interviews on Saints Player that Chamberlain won't be sold in January. Hope this helps...

You broke the rule. Madine signed for Sheffield Wednesday earlier in January.

And have debts of £20m+.

So you missed the interview with the BBC on 8th December where Nicola Cortese ruled out Chamberlain or Lallana leaving? Or the numerous interviews with Adkins where he rules out selling Chamberlain in January?
-
That was at the end of sales last night. After 7,000 were sold yesterday. I'm sure that figure has gone down significantly today as the ticket office has been open again since 7am.

This is a more likely right sided winger target for Fulham... http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/jan/18/shaun-wright-phillips-fulham-manchester-city

Yes, if you mean today = Wednesday 19th January 2011 according to BBC Radio Solent on Tuesday morning. Can't be sure if they will be revealed publicly though.

There is a good chance Fulham may be in the same league as Saints in 5 months time, makes no sense to move to London for that.
-
23,000 tickets sold for this so far(including the 4,000 allocation of away fans). 7,000 tickets sold today. 12,000 of the roughly 14,000 season ticket holders claimed their seats. Only 9,000 tickets left.

It is not Murty, it is Richardson.

But you still believed it existed in the first place. Which still makes you a superstitious fool!

Still complaining about having a small squad. Yet today they loan out yet another 19 year old player that they could put on the 1st team bench... http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/frattonlatest/Pompey-youngster-joins-Hawks-on.6694624.jp

Rubbish! Transfer bids are not sent by courier. It makes no sense to do it that way when they could for no cost or time be faxed or even emailed. Do you really think Torquay United would send a courier to Carlise with a transfer bid for one of their players when they could just fax them?
-
No doubt where Alex was this afternoon. Looks happy enough watching the under 21's... Rest of the 1st team took in the game aswell...
-
Anyone that believes in a Saints on live TV curse/hoodoo/jinx etc is a superstitious fool!

I don't think anyone has noticed yet that Kieran Cadogan played for Crystal Palace in this match. A player the press have linked with Saints. Was it a friendly set up to decide if he is worth buying along with potentially signing N'Lundulu?
-
But then he'd want my job. Two into one just doesn't go.
-
You don't rate him enough to know his name is George Boyd.
-
Should Chamberlain still be a Saints player after the window closes, what are your predictions for how the press will explain how they were wrong and a League One club was able to hold off the advances of Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs? Or will they say these big teams don't really rate him any more and decided all not to bid. I think they will claim one of those teams has tied up a deal for the summer and the speculation will die down and then will all start up again in a few months. I look forward to Saints showing what crap they have been coming out with when Chamberlain stays.
