"3 at the back" requires fewer midfielder and more defenders than Pochettino's system. 4-2-3-1 = 4 defenders and 5 midfielders (3 of which are attacking) 3-5-2/5-3-2 = 5 defenders and 3 midfielders (as the wing backs are defenders - Clyne, Chambers, Targett etc)

Often they do yes, but Adam Blackmore who normally does the BBC Solent interview on Saints Player doesn't ask questions in the press conference. Watch the examples I gave in the previous post. Its always done like that for a Premier League game build up.

They do the same for every press conference before a game during the season. The BBC Radio Solent interview is then put on Saints Player and interspersed with clips of training. For example...
