His value will never be higher for us short of a miraculous prem season there which feels unlikely. He’ll also be into the last year of his contract further reducing his value. We either need to decide he won’t make it here/ he wants to leave or tell him he’s here for the next season.

With the youth team he always seemed to be more of an attacking threat. Possibly worth trying him further forward? Seems to be robust enough if nothing else!

This kid is so good. Dominated Partey and kept Odegard quiet all game. At one point he dropped a shoulder and took the ball pass Partey, before doing it again just to take the piss. Rolls Royce footballer. Just awful when we take him off! Diallo is such a drop off!

Pretty sure he was involved in some sort of fraud to do with cars and went on the run to avoid his comeuppance.

If Nathan Redmond put in these performances he’d be getting hammered. He’s been less than average bar a couple of take ons that have looked ok. No better than Edozie and in less good form than Tella who we could have brought back and saved ourselves 20million.

Personally I would start PO and Sule to get them match fit. I’d be tempted to try Adams and PO together up top to see if that could work as well. Basically we need to remember how to score goals, have we scored 3 in a game this year yet?!

When you consider that Croatian GK was linked in the press today for 15 million Euros you see how much Shields has stitched us up with Gavin.

Sad that we seem to be in the process of ruining another promising young keeper. We’ve well overpaid for him, for that money I’d have expected an experienced competent GK. Worrying that our major CB signing so far this year is behind Yan Valery for a starting slot. Salisu has been pretty poor since Xmas time and seems to have regressed massively. Must be a decent semi experienced in an ok league CB somewhere that hasn’t played for Man Cities youth sides that we could sign?! Shame Coady seems to be heading to Everton. Would love a mobile Pelle style striker as well but not heard anything in a while linking us with Sasa K at Stuttgart. Feel a bit like we are trying to be too clever with our signings hoping to make a wedge to reinvest at a later date. Sometimes a round peg in a round hole will be just fine!

Think Kalajdzic Dembele Mara front three ❤️ obviously no chance but would be a great window and if nothing else could out score teams like an ardieles Spurs side !

Has there been anymore said about kalajdzic? Seemed like he would be a decent fit here. Presumably dependent on what happens with Broja?

Personally don’t see the benefits to us of a team portfolio for SR. Can’t imagine too many high quality players will be arriving to our shores from the Turkish second division. Would prefer them to establish us first rather than messing about trying to be some sort of mega investor in football. Disappointed so far but not entirely unexpected as the owners don’t appear to have the sort of cash needed to make a splash in the Premier league.
