Can't loan him out if no-one wants to take him, doesn't matter what it costs. No-one seemingly is willing to take the risk.
-
Caceres was not a loan, he was a free agent.

Results could have been better bu the important thing is that Cardiff lost. Don't worry about Fulham winning, if we can win tomorrow we have a 6 point cushion over 18th. That's all that really matters.

More concerned how Valery will deal with him, will he be able to deal with Zaha windinh him up? Whenever I've seen him he has played predominantly on the left, admit I haven't seen him (much) this season perhaps Woy is deplying him more on the right. Frankly more concerned about Townsend this season, seems to be having a bit of a purple patch.

I'd see it more about the capabilities of Gao/Liebherr, i.e. our owners.
-
Should we really be signing Che Zach Everton Fred Adams? Fred and Adams are bad enough, but Everton?
-
Just hope it's not an Agustin.
-
Boufal also booked

Don't have a problem with Cedric going. We are not relying on Valery and Ramsay anyway, assuming he is fit Targett is perfectly capable of playing RWB, assuming Bertrand is still around and fit, and if its as a defensive RB in a 4 then Stephens, Bednarek and even Yoshida can play RB. Really hate the use of the term "cull" on here. It really is quite an offensive term.

More mobile than Austin probably.
-
But then neither have Everton, poor team, poorly managed.
-
Good luck trying to do that. How can you insist on selling?
-
Bit arrogant, to say the least, I'm not certain MLT and GLS would agree with your assessment.
-
Not if he isn't registered in the squad. We have Harry Lewis, Jack Rose, Alex Cull and Adam Parkes anyway. I think Lewis is already.considered the #3. If Forster really wants to kick start his career he would take a pay cut to go elsewhere. Issue is clearly that no one else really wants to take him, understandably.

Really? I hope you are trying to be ironic or something.

Just two games after the the shackles were removed by the departure of Les Reed.

Hard work, playing in a settled team and with good coaching. Needs help with his concentration. It can be done. Technically he is a very good player, but his mind tells him he is too good to make mistakes. It's called naivety and inexperience. He was found out in the PL and needs to learn, and to do that he needs to be in a different place. The loan is exactly what's needed, just not sure about the option to buy. He is still young for a CB, time is on his side. Would also help if he was playing alongside some experience, as he was promised when he joined (VvD).
-
Shame, Hoedt has been bloody awful, making absolutely awful mistakes every game. Loses concentration and has a unwarranted high opinion of himself. But with a decent loan, some good coaching and some humble pie I'm sure he could become a top CB. He is a technically very good player, hope we don't come to regret the option to buy part of his deal.

Not watched him much before then. Has regularly done this when he has played. Very composed on the ball and likes to get forward.

Two of them are already in the 25 man squad (Gallagher and Barnes), Hesketh needs to be included if he is going to play, no indication thus far that it has been done. Harry Lewis being a goalkeeper, is long term, and our number 3, unlikely he will not be retained next season. Can't see that Ralph would have added Barnes last week if it wasn't his intention to use him in the remainder of this season. Don't believe for a minute that Alfie Jones won't be retained next season. Sims doesn't seem to have progressed and it doesn't look like Ralph is going to use him, so I guess he will probably be released, shame, thought he was going to be one that developed sufficiently. Harry Reed will probably come back next season. We will be unloading a few of the current squad no doubt (Forster, Rose, Austin, Long, Elyanoussi, Hoedt, Boufal, Carrillo, Clasie) so there will be some spaces. I guess to some extent it all depends what happens to us next season, if we were to drop to the Championship, which is still a possibility though increasingly unlikely I could see all of the above remaining.

Number of points in itself isn't really the target any more, the crucial thing is to beat the teams around us. We have to aim to win against Palace, Cardiff and Fulham, draw against Burnley. If we do this we will be safe.

Hojbjerg, Bertrand and Romeu all Chmapions League winners/champions.

Most strikers are like that. Look at Pelle, went months without scoring when the weather got a bit cold. How has Long got on in the scoring regularly stakes (I suppose you could argue once per manager is regular)? Both at Blackburn and Brum Gallagher was affected by injuries and different systems impacting how he was deployed. I'm sure he wouldn't have done well under Pellegrino or Puel with the dire football they played, but he will suit Ralph's style of play much better. Anyway the point is to rebuff the absolute nonsense post on here by Didcot? that he failed at B&B and so was only League One standard. How anyone could post such drivel and be expected to be taken seriously is beyond me and most others on here.
