  1. 2 goals and 2 assists
  2. Not to mention paying for tickets for Stanley fans who had travelled to Skatesville to go the Saints v Burnley cup game, reportedly cleaning the toilets and other things at Stanley's ground due to lack of money. He has also been credited with attracting a lot of decent players to the Club last season just to help out because of his enthusiasm and motivation. Shame really that in the end the lack of money has meant that he could not push them on further. Apparently being lined up for the Leeds job, I really hope he knows what he is doing before going for that poison chalice. Run by a complete crackpot at the moment.
  3. Plenty of other cancer-related charities if you feel that way, though I believe your views are misguided due to a misunderstanding of why they campaign politically. Not like they hide the fact they do it and why.
  4. Clear yesterday that while he is clearly right footed he was also confident on his left foot, don't think there is any worry there. Maya is also confident with his left foot.
  5. I noticed Ronald tapping up Tim Krul for next season at the end of the game to replace Boruc/Kelvin. Would be a good number 2 for Desparate Dan.
  6. Why are Villa playing Liverhampton again next week? Or are they.
  7. He said something like this on Solent post match yesterday. Not sure he said better as such but that was the sentiment
  8. Bloody hell, did you have your eyes closed. There were people with collecting buckets every where. But, they had all disappeared before the end of the game when was going to offload my loose change. So just had to donate again when I got home.
  9. He really was excellent today. A completely different player to the one I saw against West Brom, when he was absolutely awful. Clearly a confidence player. Fair play to him, really hoping that he got a hat-trick, but we gave up on attacking after 3-0 *****il the last minute) so his chances were slim.
  10. So you don't believe their official organisation paperwork. The organisation did not exist, so how did the organisation make an earlier approach? Maybe some individuals did, who knows.
  11. Given that he people who are interested in taking over Spuds are Cain Hoy who formally announced the launch of their operations yesterday, it is perhaps more than unlikely that they were interested in Saints. http://www.prnewswire.co.uk/news-releases/cain-hoy-enterprises-announces-launch-of-operations-274809291.html
  12. I would suggest a calendar for the first 6 months only of 2015 would be a good idea. Its a little odd seeing a calendar depicting players no longer associated with the Club.
  13. Perhaps they're waiting until all of the players are available, Mane hasn't even been to Southampton yet.
  14. Thanks, good to know it was not injury related.
  15. Thought this was about Pardew, not Koeman.
  16. Just bear in mind that the offline donations total depends on the site owner (Franny or his assisitant) uploading the amount, whereas the other two parts are automatic and accurate.
  17. "There is much excitement and anticipation amongst Saints fans about the arrival of their new £10m free scoring midfielder" Really? In other news, anyone know why Prowsey did not get any time with the u21s? Not even on the bench? Is he injured?
  18. Do we believe foreign papers on this?
  19. Yes, he was released end of last season. Still without a club.
  20. Disappointed to find we are playing West Ham again on Saturday, was hoping to see Newcastle.
  21. Looks like he stopped at Jurys Inn rather than the County Ground. I think I better review my prediction for Saturday.
  22. Except it also happened at Easter Road (or wherever Hibs were playing about 3 weeks ago).
  23. Seems a very defensive bench, but then there really isn't much alternative. With JRod yet to come back, Ramirez shipped out, Guly sat on his arse and assuming Gallagher still injured, only Mayuka would really add anything attack wise, and I'm not convinced he will get used much this season, if at all. I think RK has set us up well defensively, but doesn't seem to have addressed the attack in the same way.
  24. Well I ****ed that up good and proper. Monitored most of the day to track where he was, left work early to head to Wootton Bassett where he was clearly headed, just in time to see him dive in to his support vehicle. Assumed he'd finished for the day so headed home, only to find when I got online that he was running again, not only that but his route went within about 100 yards of my office. Should have just stayed at work longer I guess. Currently heading into Swindon, maybe he is heading for the County Ground, should be there in about 5 minutes - he runs a hell of a pace.
  25. Yes, he's heading into Sherston now, looks like he is going along the Malmesbury to Swindon road later, will try to get there to give him some support.
