Think you made this stat up. He has only averaged 7.29 points a week this season. 1 pt for correct result, 3 pts for correct score, so he is actually getting much less than80% correct. On at least 3 weeks he has only got 3 results right. I think his average is more like 5 correct, with the odd lucky guesses for the exact score taking his average score above 7. 7.29 out of 30 is rubbish, but then the cock doesn't know what he is talking about anyway.

Not many CBs break through in their teens though, unless they are exceptional. Its a position that needs a bit more maturity and experience, not to mention a bit more physicality. One of the things the Academy system does not address well in my opinion, works well for FBs, MF, wingers and to some extent strikers, but CB and GKs not so well. Martin is that the age now where he should be breaking through, no idea what went wrong at Palace, he was looking good in the Championship last year, at least as a decent back up, maybe Eastleigh to PL is a step too far.

We added Boruc to the original list, Aaron Martin is back with us and would need to be named, and Forren has to be added in. So shipping out Seaborne and SDR was probably necessary, probably leaves us with 24, so space for a free agent. No loans allowd in as far as I know. Actually 4 gone from original list so we'll probably be down to 21 or 22 named over 21 players. Really should be ok for 14 games.
