Well, this time it should be. The only thing that is really important is us getting 3 points. Everything else is a sideshow. Really couldn't give a feck whether we send them down or not. They will go down anyway, with or without our help, we should only care what happens to us and that we win the Football League Championship. But I know thats not how it will be, of course.

Although your conclusion may not be too far wide of the mark, your analysis is complete rubbish. Morgan is not supposed to be the attacking midfielder, that's Cork's role. Morgan continuously broke up the Blackpool attacks, then played the simple ball out to set us up for an attack. Yesterday Cork was an absolute waste of space, while Morgan did everything that was expected, although of course not one of his best games. I bet you are one of those misguided people who used to think Oaks was crap while professional football managers put his name on the team sheet first every week (the exception being Burley, but then I did say professional managers, not **** heads). Yesterday we should have pulled Hammond on in the 2nd half for Cork, I am not a great fan of Hammond, but it was his type of game yesterday, a battler, limited on skill, taking control of the MF was what was needed, rather than a lightweight Jack Cork, who was getting bogged down in the mud.

Yes, really , REALLY. I guess you didn't read the original post. They also had a woeful performance, and will be looking to make amends against us in spades. Won't worry them we are top, nothing to lose, they will go out with no fear (and with a bit of luck) get absolutely hammered by us (mor elikely we will win 2-0, playing like pansies in the 2nd half knocking it around with no thought of going out and getting a hatful. I have 10-0 in the Prediction League, but will probably change it to something more sensible later in the week.

It was 0-0 when he went off against Donny last week and we won.

Most of which replays showed were not fouls, simply referee making basic mistake. NA picks Guly because he is the best option in most cases and because he makes things happen. Currently not at his best but his workrate is excellent and he brings a bit of flar to the team. Clearly has much more about him than Barnard for instance, who is clearly struggling now with fitness, and subsequent lack of pace. Would rather have Guly in the team any day than Billy Sharp.
-
What a load of absolute ******. You do know who Guly is don't you? I could describe him if it helps, because clearly you are mixing him up with someone else. I would suggest that yesterday he would probably have been in the top 2 or 3 for yardage covered during the match. The effort he puts in is actually huge, how often yesterday was he back defending when our defence was all over the place. Yes some free kicks went against him, though in almost every case the replays showed the referee had got it wrong. Unfortunatel ythe guy has a languid way of running, but he is actually very quick and covers a huge amount of ground. He did not have a great game yesterday, but then neither did anyone else, but to accuse him of not putting in effort simply shows that you are either (a) completely ignorant or (b) don't actually know which player Guly is. I would love to see the Opta stats for ground covered during matches, I think this would put this myth to bed that some ****s on here have. Get behind the players FFS, and stop scape-goating one player who has actually done a great deal for the team this season overall. I criticised Sharp yesterday because he was absolutely shocking, but I will support him next time he plays and get behind him.

How did the pitch affect the 2nd goal, true route one stuff. Pitch looked awful on tv though, not sure about boggy, but very bumpy with lots of divots. No excuse for shocking performance though.

Lee - out for 4-6 months according to Japanese press

Agreed, they should tell us everything on April 1st. -
Sorry but that is just wrong. Sharp was offise about 7 or 8 times, once.or.twice the decision was wrong. Guly got caught offside once, maybe twice. We used to moan about Bwpp but Sharp's positional sense today was appalling, I really don't recall the last time.I saw anyone.play so badly for us. I really hope Chung is back soon up fro.t with Lambert.
-
We need to hope Lambert AND Lee are back next week, Connors as well would be a bonus. Without L&L we have a bit of a problem, because Billy is not going to do it for us.
-
Absolutely fecking rubbish. No-one was good but Sharp was a disgrace, did nothing and offside so many times (even if at least one was completely wrong). I don't like having a pop at individuals, but he doesn't even look League 2 standard. Once he missed the pen, we may as well have taken him off, maybe too used tolosing at Donny, head down, don't like that attitude. We need to hope that Lambert and Lee are available next week, or at least Lambert and Connors.

Lambert has had operation and will miss rest of season. (Rumour)

OMG, got semething in common with TDD, new Alfa Giulietta today, but not an 08 plate, try a 12 (or whatever it would be if I didn't have my own plate). Also gone back to a dirty diesel, now if only I could find a garage that has some diesel for sale. -
All totally irrelevant. As far as I recall Lowe never had to turn the club around in the 3rd division. Totally different situations. Lowe was a disaster, end of.
-
Usually suggests a fit team. Remember we used to be like that under WGS. But we are also a very fit team (Saints fit) and may not give them the opportunities that poorer teams (Bristol & Coventry) do, Palace also seem to run out of steam sometimes.
-
Certainly hope so, please don't ever associate that bunch of ******s with Saints.
-
The thing I like about Nicola is that everyone seems able to spell his name correctly. Sadly with the other guy this seems to be a problem. Why can't people get Markus' name right when they get Nicola's right, I don't recall anyone calling him Nikola.
-
Just out of interest who were the last players we sold to United and City? I am guessing Wallace and Baker (or maybe Channon) respectively. I am sure I am missing someone more recently (did Mark Wright go to City?), but don't think either sniff around too much. Arsenal (Oxo and Walcott, who before that Steve Williams?) and Spuds (Bale) OK, fair enough recently. I guess we sold Beatts to Everton and Kenwyne went to Sunderland. Villa?

Morgan, f'sure
-
Though a bit disresectful to Aldershot :-)
-
You're right, I went to the Derby game and we definitely sang about Pompey then.
-
Unless Big Ron is added I would prefer to see no other changes. It is already poor in my opinion that Ron Davies is not in the line-up of legends. He should have been one of the first three chosen (Channon, Tiss and Davies). I think the thing is though, they are not really meant to be the biggest legends, they are meant to represent the different eras of Saints. As a person Kelvin is a top bloke, no doubt, but legendary status, not for me.
-
I hope that if we loan players out that we loan them to anyone other than the Skates. Do we really want our young players to be part of that set up, and anyway chances are that they will be playing in the Wessex League next season, not League One.

Why are we still trotting out the Saunders nonsense. There was nothing in his reaction that was any different to any other manager after they lost. he was having a joke about Sharp. I don't like Saunders but to get wound up like a few people have about some completely inocuous, run of the mill losing manager comments is frankly a bit silly.
