Thought he played ok - the pairing of him and Trotman will get better IMHO, just need to sort out the who attacks the ball and who holds - that will come with practice. By mid way in the 2nd half Yeovil were just trying to score with 20+ yard shots - that tells me our defence did well.

Spot on - he looked good to me and will cause a lot of defences a lot of problems.

Its all relative really - given the grounds, boots, football etc then these guys would have been classed as skilful.

This thread is LOL if you ask me - trying to out opinion someone - the only thing that changes peoples opinions are actions - lets see what actions take place on Saturday on the pitch then we will see who's opinion was or was not right.

As you say 19C - your opinions and on this occasion well put. My memories of MLT will not be tainted however as they are to do with the absolute joy he gave me on many many occasions - when he came of the bench for the last league game at the Dell and drilled in that goal - the hairs on the back of my neck just stood up! MLT will never be beyond reproach as he is a human being and as such will always have failings in someones eye's. To me he will always hold a very special place in my thoughts, which remain untainted because of some comment in a book.

Because it suits some peoples agenda's.
