This sure as hell doesn't feel like a "Small" club any more.

Quite a tear jerker. Missing from the excellent list of talking points in the OP though. "Markus was a simple man." This game needs more people like that.

This for me too. Kelvin still has it, but Bart will be an excellent replacement when the time comes. Who can forget his purple patch a few years ago in the very division we are in right now.
-
I like him lots....However, I like a good competition between the players for a starting place better.
-
Yes, we may.

Thanks Hatch. I needed that! It's hard to not be impressed by this guy's youtube CV....But we will just have to wait and see. Looks like a good player for our level. I hope it works out!!!

At the risk of appearing racist....It's too white.

Those were the days when the balls were made of heavy metal, and if you headed the part of the ball where the laces were, you could give yourself a nasty injury just heading a wet ball. Oh, yeah, and they wore deep sea diver boots with land mines on the soles too. It was a different game in those days for sure.

I was more interested to know if she washed her hands. I wouldn't want any pie on my winky.

Haven't read the thread, but I'm assuming it went along the lines of GOOD agents won't deal with us, but BAD agents don't want to put the work in and ignore us. Sounds like we are doing a good job to me!!

So, we don't want to go up too soon to avoid a ton of depressing defeats? If we don't go up, it will be because we are HAVING a ton of depressing defeats. I want to win, always.

I have about 2000 tea bags in my freezer.....Then my mum died and stopped sending them.

I almost died of joy when I had my first jar for years since being in exile. I almost died of embarrassment when I tasted that crap and suddenly remembered what it really tasted like.

It would work here with all those nationalities except English. Everyone loves to claim European heritage as long as it's not English. (Direct Mayflower descendants excepted) -
Me either. Usual footballer stuff.

Being comfortable in not knowing is a very important difference between most theists and atheists. There is much more that we will never know than we can comprehend. An important part of being an atheist is understanding that we will never know nearly as much as we know. Many theists cannot be satisfied with not knowing, and are happy to invent facts based on fancy in order to fill in those pesky blank spots. It annoys me when people (Atheists too) assume that because I have no belief in any deity that I automatically support the big bang theory. I don't. It's just another concept I don't fully understand.

I'm not a phontum qyscicist, so I don't know. All I do know is that anything I know is only true as long as I think it is. Maybe everything you are not looking at disappears, maybe not. Either way it does not matter if what I percieve as my minds eye does not see it. I am exactly the type of person that will get killed by a train while I was trying to ascertain whether or not the people yelling at me to get off the tracks were waving at me because they were being friendly, or annoyed because I was smiling.

Everything exists or does not exist depending on your viewpoint at any given time. (Assuming, of course that time exists) I simply find it a lot easier to ignore whatever extremely unlikely entities exist within other people's imaginations and concentrate on my own imagination. This is why I have no time for talking snakes other than the ones in the Harry Potter books. That is another person's imagination that I can enjoy and will spend a little time over.

Nope! It ends in October. This guy has the experience to get it right as he already accurately predicted it for 1994 as well.

We don't need any negative influences in the team. Even if we couldn't sell him we would do better to give him away than have him stay.
-
Please no! Nothing even remotely like this one! I always hated it. No man should ever have to watch his team playing in their pyjamas.
-
Born in Winchester you should support Lucy Pinder. (That's at least a two handed job.) By supporting her, you will be supporting Saints.

I just found the time to watch it today. One thing that struck me is that apart from being a good keeper for us, Kelvin is worth his weight in gold for what he seems to do for team spirit. That guy never stops joking around and having a laugh!
