Yates' till 6ish Beers on train back to Gloucester Regal (in Gloucester) for one - Got some strange looks from everyone in there, mind you it is a rugby city. Home - where I watched the game again, then watched Football League Show and polished off bottle of Champers while wife went to bed. Suprisingly woke up next day with a clear head, although had no voice!
-
Plenty of fuel for 'Bestest fans in the World TM' though!
-
"Didn't I mention...? Oh yeah if you win today Nicola is taking you all to....DisneyWorld!!!" 4 words left...probably just random profanities
-
Not sure if this has been mentioned on the thread elsewhere, but the new FFP rules that come into affect in 2013/14 season could mean yet more pain for the blue few. Obviously that is reliant on there still being a Portsmouth FC in 2013, but nonetheless if they are unable to get rid of the Chanrai/Gaydamak issue I can't see how they would ever turn a profit
-
This is the biggest game I can ever remember, bigger than 2003 because defeat although painful didn't affect the club in the way that 2005 v Man Utd did. This is what being a supporters of a club outside of the big 5/6 is all about. Dreams coming true! I have never experienced depression as I did in 2005, nothing has ever come close, definately the worst sporting moment of my life - a win on Saturday would be the best sporting moment of my life!

Hello all, if there is any lovely lovely person out there who has two spare adult tickets, I will be very happy to take them off your hands!!! Spent all saturday on the phone but problems with their systems meant I couldn't get through, then when I finally did - SOLD OUT! Even considered going Hospitality to be there. Hope someone is able to help! Thanks in advance

....and F*** OFF YOU SKATE B*ST*RDS!!! Could be a fantastic fantastic weekend. Win against Reading and WHAM lose, we are up. Skates fail to win, they are relegated! -

Not to worried about Friday, Win and we are nearly up. Draw is a decent result for both us and Reading, defeat is not great but not the end of the world. Would be nice if Brighton get an equaliser though! -
Hull 0 - 2 Saints - Post Match Reaction Thread

Looking at the upcoming fixtures, the Blackpool (A) game looks the biggest test. If we can get 10 points from next 4 games, we may be able to go up against Reading! (On TV, which would be nice!) Otherwise Peterborough away looks the most likely... I am almost at the point of declaring we will go up now, but know that there are still 8 games left and anything can happen -
In pub in Gloucester watching rugby....when the third went in I was jumping around like a loon. Unfortunately Wales were being presented with the 6 Nations trophy at the time, so an English bloke jumping around was slightly odd.... Didn't care too much really!
-
Tbh I didn't care about them until they got promoted - once we are above them I will find it easy not to care again. F*ck 'em!
-
Forte hat-trick! Johnno Quick is awesome, get him back in the boat Nigel!!!

Adam Lallana, makes Messi look slightly worse than Pele!

27, Living in Gloucester 1st Home game: Chelsea (April 10th, 1993) - Saints won with a Nicky Banger penalty 1st Away game: Bolton (FA Cup 5th Round - 1992) We went 2 nil up and got pegged back, I was in Bolton end with my Dad (who was a huge Wanderers fan in his youth) He got some funny looks from the locals when his son was seen jumping around when Saints scored! Don't get to go as often as I would like, only went to SMS once in Premier League, the 3-2 defeat to Villa in the relegation season. Over past couple of years been to Swindon x 2, Bristol Rovers x 2, Walsall, Exeter and Cardiff all away. Always love the away games more.

I remember seeing somewhere (probably 10 pages back by now) that Birch has to report to court on Friday. Is this correct? I doubt that we will see the Toaster pop but what are the chances??
-
That is the definition of insanity, but I take your point. TCWTB is the definition of an idiot

Just brilliant! I love you Super Kelv!!!!!

Toasty toast with a round of toast! The realisation is starting to hit my pet skates! They have given up, which is quite understandable. They aren't prepared to go to watch them because they aren't the club they love. Already planning going to watch the phoenix club that will ultimately emerge. Mmmm toast!

Tbf Liddell is correct. Saints have no divine right to be in the PL. We had 27 years at the top and due to some appalling management decisions we ended up outside but still paying for it. Hopefully we will be back in the big time soon but it will require money, patience and an expansion of our revenue streams to stay there.

Do I want admin, meaning we play them in April and stuff the fish f*ckers or do I want them to see die???? Difficult!
-
Last post...It is going to happen! IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN! Lee to introduce himself and Connolly to grab a winner! COYS!!! COYY!!!
-
Punch on for Guly....pace and guile and he used to play for Millwall....it's going to happen!
-
45 mins, plenty of time. West Ham do concede goals, we score lots...Feeling confident we can get at least a point. Need to keep calm, maybe use pace of Lee or Punch on the wing instead of Guly. If it is 1-1 with 10 to go would you go for it???
-
Lets be honest, all this stuff about Chinny coming back can be filed under bulls***. Along with pretty much everything else that has come out of that c*ap hole of a football club!

OK I know this has been covered before but lets just go over a few details: CSI are about to be liquidated, therefore as one of their assets PFC will be sold or, in the event no buyer is forthcoming, itself liquidated. How long realistically can they survive when CSI goes? We already know that the majority of the funding for PFC was based on CSI providing it. Therefore they are relying on packing out the park which is unlikely.
