We need to start with Barnard upfront with Lallana, Guly and Chamberlain just behind. Then two from Puncheon, Chaplow, Morgan and Hammond behinf them. It's about time Lambert sat on the bench IMO, we can't spend all season hoping for him to come good when we have options like Barnard, Guly, Lallana or even Chamberlain who can all play upfront.

I'd rather not risk one of our better players in a youth competition. I'd rather see him starting than Puncheon after his performance at the weekend, an injury to him could really set us back at the moment.

I hope you're right and he doesn't burn out towards the end of next season. We are going to need him all season with the first team, so I'm not sure he should be playing for the u21/reserves let alone this youth side.

Check-a-trade won't alter reviews if it's after-eventing, have also heard bad things regarding check-a-trade and any sort of bad review. The company only cares about companies paying their fee's every year so they're inclinded to just ignore anyone who puts in a bad review, have heard from two different people that they tried to get check-a-trade to put in a v. low score and they basically refused/ignored them! It's a shame as the website would be a great idea if it was run properly... Looking on the website the lowest score I can find is a 9.3

Why would you pay if the job was only 98% finished? It's unfortunate that some tradesmen do a poor/half finished job like that, it's why it's always a good idea to go with a reccomended company =/

It's a piece of **** setting up and running a company as a sole trader. Just make sure you keep copies of everything you do, every quote, invoice, recipt etc, anything I print I have saved on my PC, on an external hard drive and a paper copy. You have to let the HMRC know, but really that's about it. I have got a freind doing all my accounts / tax returns etc all for me. Just give him all my invoices and recipts and he sorts everything for me, he only wants £100 a year as well so happy days. I had to shell out for public liability insurance since I'm in the building trade and anyone can make mistakes... other than that I didn't pay anything when I started off. If I can do it, anyone can.

A 4-4-2 diamond with Lallana in a free role would be his best position IMO. As it is though, the 4-4-2/4-5-1 with Adam on the left swapping with Puncheon works very well.
