You must be a very undemanding customer then. I've had it for 2 years and there's been about 12 times [4 recently], when there's been no commentary at all, or the wrong commentary, or two playing at once. then there's the times it keeps cutting out like a norman collier p.a.

yeah, but I think it's Solent screwing up the feed. You could hear them cutting their live streaming off as the game was close to starting, which they have to do for johnny public for football league contractual reasons. However they manage to screw up turning it on for us PAYING CUSTOMERS!

Every week they find a new and different way to **** up what should be a simple-to-operate service. It's just streaming a radio feed after all. I hope everybody is emailing to complain, because we are paying money for a terrible service. When they were this bad last season they had to offer everyone a free month extra. That now looks like a mixed blessing

They always broadcast the build up for 30 mins or so before kick-off, and they used to do the half-time comments and after match analysis and phone-ins. Right now it keeps cutting in and out. Rubbish really.
