Mine is hopeless on my usually decent box, tried a few sources and all pretty unwatchable.

“A total of 9500 safe standing seats”. Surely the northam has got much fewer than 9500 seats. Stadium has 32000 in total, pitch sides have more capacity than behind the goals, even if each stand were equal it would be 8k per stand. Intriguing.

In this specific case (ball touching arm of striker then immediately going into the goal) and according to the laws, it very clearly does. Maybe I’d suggest having another look at the law as the other day you posted about it and got it wrong.
-
Not so. The video evidence of the incident shows without any doubt whatsoever that the ball struck Che Adams' arm then went into the goal (the photo below is quite clear but the video evidence is much clearer and leaves no room for doubt). The fact therefore is that it was handball. And, being so, the laws clearly state that the goal should be disallowed. The referee's opinion was that it hadn't struck the arm. He was wrong. Therefore his opinion and the actual facts are two different things.

Good god. Just because the referee doesn’t see it doesn’t change the facts. It was handball. It wasn’t given as handball. Two entirely different things.

Puma’s release said “summer”, I believe.

Red and white halves with black shorts white socks definitely. Being as we’ve just had the sort of half and half though, it won’t be that for a long while. I know the stripe fetishists get a bit angry when we haven’t had stripes for a season, but for me I’m not at all bothered. I always say it, but if a club as massive as Barcelona can forego traditional stripes more than once in a while then I think we can get over ourselves and do the same. If we’re going back to stripes then I’d definitely love to see a return to blue shorts/socks. The Hummel 89/90 stripes kit was a masterpiece but I can’t think of too many stripey kits outside of that I’ve been a big fan of. Bringing back the blue would be a big differentiator and also a nod to classic tradition.

You left out the rest of the IFAB comments. The bottom bullet point is the pertinent one. Crucially, it has ruled that “accidental handball that leads to a team-mate scoring a goal or having a goal-scoring opportunity will no longer be considered an offence”. IFAB has now clarified that it is a handball offence when a player: “Deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, for example moving the hand/arm towards the ball; Touches the ball with their hand/arm when it has made their body unnaturally bigger. A player is considered to have made their body unnaturally bigger when the position of their hand/arm is not a consequence of, or justifiable by, the player’s body movement for that specific situation. By having their hand/arm in such a position, the player takes a risk of their hand/arm being hit by the ball and being penalised; or Scores in the opponents’ goal: directly from their hand/arm, even if accidental, including by the goalkeeper; or immediately after the ball has touched their hand/arm, even if accidental.”

Same. I know it was given as a double touch by the ref but I didn’t pick it up in the replays. Nobody seemed to argue with the decision though so maybe it was.

It’s only a concept. Thank god.

Leicester fans forum seems extremely similar to ours. From just their last page on Enzo (every line is a different poster). I'm probably alone here, and I find it hard to understand myself, but how can football under Enzo, despite being top of the table, be more unenjoyable and frustrating than anything served up by Rodgers who got us relegated. Get rid of the Pep wannabe. His fault we lost. No tqctics Likeable bloke but he's far too attached to one system which is a chore to watch and is easily out-witted by poor managers with poor squads. We're just so, so boring to watch - in fact, I don't want to watch us anymore. You know it'll be 90+ minutes of slow, tedious, sideward passes which does nothing at all to actually advance or progress the game. It's just pony and he seems unable to even contemplate trying to play a different way. It's shite. I’ve defended the style of football but I’m just so bored of it now. Slow ponderous and boring. He’s lost the team they just don’t want to play for him. New manager clear out the team get rid of those running the club I don’t think anyone thinks we’re going to sack him, it’s just what a lot of us are praying for I think we need to part ways in the summer regardless of what happens. Enzo has been soul destroying since day 1 Personally, bar a few games in December I've not enjoyed our style this season and wouldn't be sorry to see him go when the seasonsdone Anyone who seriously believes Enzo is a long term fit at this club must be watching something different, we’re where we are because the squad is better than 90% of the league.

Mara is an absolute waste of a shirt tonight. At least he won’t need to wash his kit afterwards.
-
Stephens getting absolutely rinsed there.
-
Mara in absolute slow motion though getting dispossessed.
-
Absolute pathetic defending. Yet again.
-
Yep, but their player didn’t seem to appeal it at all.
-
Che running away celebrating like he meant it 🤣
-
Yeah but I’m astounded by it nonetheless
-
I’m not sure what you’re not getting. Apart from not being able to read properly.
-
Not the same thing. He said we wouldn’t be any worse off position wise, not we’d “definitely” be above Martin’s team, as you put it. Quite a difference between the two.
-
I’ve only read this thread once but I don’t think I’ve seen anybody say that. Who has said it?
-
Yes, my mistake. He started against West Brom, an excellent 2-0 away win. Then he was on the bench for the next game, a defeat to Hull. Then regained his place against the following game in the home defeat to Millwall.
-
It’s close but we’d gone off the boil two or three games before Stephens got his place back. He was actually on the bench for a lot longer than I remembered. He started in a draw against Norwich then was dropped again. We lost against Bristol and Hull, then he got his place back against Millwall (which we lost). Since that Millwall game our form has been LWWDLD. The three games before that were LWL.
