Still 15th. Fulham shoot up to 11th with that goal as Villa drop back to 16th. Norwich score against City! BUGGER!
-
WHAM winning. Arse. (Well we expected that anyway.)
-
Fulham winning. ARSE Liverpool winning. lolage
-
Saints dropped to 15th because of Villa's goal. I think there'll be quite a bit of position switching this afternoon.

Thanks for links but can't get any working fast enough. Need a new computer. Will make do with Sky and you lovely lot.
-
COYR! Winnable if we play well. A decent finish to a decent season is all I ask. Any working streams? I'm not that fussed as I'm happy flicking between the Spurs and Arsenal games on Sky.
-
I guess it's pretty obvious what we all want. Wins for Man City, Arsenal, Swansea, Spurs, Reading, Wigan and, of course, Saints please! Will this happen? I can see Wigan drawing with Villa, and Newcastle might get something against Arsenal to add drama to the day.

BBC still confused: 1446: MOTD's Laurence Herdman at St Mary's StadiumSouthampton v Stoke (1600 BST)"A celebratory atmosphere is likely at St Mary's, but it will be tempered by uncertainty over the future of executive chairman Nicola Cortese. The Italian is out of contract in the summer and wants clarity from owners, the Liebherr Trust, on his vision to take the club to the next level. "Curiously, Stoke will finish the season with their lowest-ever Premier League points tally although they could end it in their highest-ever position. A win will take the club to 44 points which compares with the 45, 46, 47, and 45 point totals earned in previous Premier League seasons - although you have to go back to 1980 for City's last win at Southampton."

I have this down as a Saints win. I just think we'll up our game for the last day of the season and finish 11th or 12th. Even a draw wouldn't be a bad result though, that should see us gain a place or two. It's two opposite teams playing each other really, they've got one of the worst disciplinary records in the league, we have one of the best. They hoof it, we play it. I reckon Rickie will want to go out on a high here after a good first season for him. COME ON SAINTS! An extra few million in the coffers for placing would be very nice!

As much as I want to keep Shaw, I still hope we sign a left back as good, if not better, than Luke, to provide solid competition. (Clyne likewise with a right back.) It's a long season as we've seen, and both Luke and Nate have picked up niggling injuries at times, especially Luke. Tell him he's first choice, let him sign the contract, then go out and bring in a top left back.

Would you sell Shaw if the other team loaned him back for a season?
SNSUN replied to DuncanRG's topic in The Saints
I'd take Ryan Bertrand in part exchange though. Perhaps. If we absolutely had to sell Luke. -
http://www.fanatix.com/news/arsenal-and-inter-milan-face-race-to-sign-of-french-midfielder/119668/ Now it's Morgan. I'm not normally a pessimist, but we face an important summer of trying to stop the big boys from buying our best players. Shaw, Morgan, Clyne, Cork, JRod, Lambert and Lallana could all be courted by somebody, with perhaps Morgan and Luke being the most sought after. Some people say that we're not a selling club, but aren't we? I for one will get sick of the press speculation over the next couple of months, especially as Luke has to wait until mid-July to sign his contract. Who do YOU think we'll realistically have to sell, if anyone?

No. We should be keeping hold of our talented youngsters for the future. Whether we will or not is another question, but No to the OP's question. -
Ukraine definitely shoulda won. Me and missus SNSUN been doing drinking games yo. Drinking games was: during singing shyte: drink any time song not in English, drink anytime you see Butterfly, drink anytime the makes a gesture to camera. There wasa lotta butterflies... then during voting we picked five countries and if they got voted for we drunk. Turns out 3 of my five was favourites. Quite hammered. Bring back the Bear. Yo.
-
At least Bearsy has more time on his hands...
-
Bearsy banned? What he do, get rabies? Bring back the Bearsy 1. He was funneh with a capital V.

A moderate £20.7 million, but on quality that improves the team. Player sales total £20.8 million, and there is uproar on SWF that we hadn't spent as much as we made.

Cortese Out.

Get in! A sensible decision. Keeps the club together and we can now move on with our ambitious plans!

Breaking news sky sports - Pochettino will leave if NC quits
SNSUN replied to Made in Southampton's topic in The Saints
Boruc and Puncheon are both replaceable should we have to, though I agree with the others. I'd add Lambert, who's done more for us in the last four seasons than anyone since Matt Le Tissier, and who could still go on to have a couple more successful seasons (and I personally hope he's here until he retires - he deserves to be), and Lallana, who irrespective of recent form is still very talented and could go on to have a wonderful career here. (I'd also add the likes of James Ward-Prowse too, as it's key we keep hold of our talented youngsters.) It seems losing Cortese would set off a chain of events that could see us back in the lower leagues, so I pray, desperately, that this is all resolved quickly and stays as it is. -

FFS. One thing I will say, if all this happens, Cortese leaves, Pochettino leaves, possibly even the Liebherrs pull out - please can it happen ASAP so it can be resolved in some way and not drag the saga on through the summer! Events like this have the possibility to derail our season next year even before it's begun. Even before this one has ended, in fact. I really hope everything stays as it is. The future's bright as it stands. -
I think the attack is better in the bargain team than the rip-off team, but aside from that I'd rather have the rip-off team. The midfield is far stronger.
-
I believe it's just signings from this season.

Eeeeeeeewwww, she's pugly. it's like fugly but with the face of a pug. If you were to have sex with her, you'd wait until you had your massive beast inside of her, and only THEN tell her that her baking is crud. Make her thrash and try to hold on.
