I'll swap my point for a Cadbury's Creme Egg.

If we get Portsmouth in the cup next season, and we win 3-0 with a Paul Wotton hattrick, he'll go from argues-about average footballer to Saints legend forever more. Football is a funny all game, full of sentimentality. How I'd love for us to find the "English Marian Pahars."

Yes, twas an easily researchable one that! Your go.

Awesome. Q: James Beattie's first England cap, whilst on our books, was against...

This one?: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tschen_La_Ling Impressive stats, I like learning things about Saints that I didn't know!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/8703596.stm Irresponsible IMO. I don't have kids, but I aim to in the near future, and it baffles me how any adult cannot take proper precautions with their children. Is this just a bad error of judgement? Hope the baby makes a full recovery.

My girlfriend is a Norfolk broad, and that is FACT. As for assisting you in your queries, I'm afraid I cannot help you, I'd like to, but I cannot. I would proffer a suggestion as to if it were to rain, and that is that alcohol is your friend.

A good player is a good player irrespective of whether he's getting first team football on a regular basis. Whilst you can't compare Richards and Rooney in terms of quality, if Rooney hadn't been able to be a regular for Man Utd the season just gone for whatever reason, he'd still be number one striker for England. Harsh on players that play every game who are in form, but that's life. Versatility is a good trait for an International player too, which Richards has. I think he's less error prone than Johnson, although I will admit that Johnson looked good the other night. It's a moot point, because Richards won't be going, but I do think he'll be firmly in the England set up in the years to come. As for Neville, yes he's getting on, and has had his injury problems, but he wouldn't be a bad choice at right back if necessary. He has experience in abundance of pressure situations.

I'd actually have him over Johnson in my starting XI, quality player - versatile too as he can play at CB.

I'm in the 4 strikers camp, when you have Gerrard that can play a supporting role and Walcott in the squad, I don't think you need an extra striker. IMO this would be MY squad, fitness and situations NOT taken into account. GK: Green, James, Hart. RB: Johnson, Richards. LB: Cole, Bridge. CB: Rio, Terry, King, Upson RM: Walcott, Lennon, LM: Joe Cole, Young CM: Barry, Gerrard, Lampard, Milner ST: Crouch, Rooney, Defoe, Bent.

If Pardew gets us promoted to the Premiership then leaves, I would still kiss his arse. Premiership is the goal, whoever does it will be a legend. (Especially if that person has achieved two promotions.) Ok, Madrid fans might not be too happy with that information, but on the day they potentially do win the Champions League, they won't give a ****.

I went over the Lines once. I was told never to return to the Memorial Stadium.

Every time I've seen him play, he's worked his little socks off so much, he's left the pitch at half time with a ruddy face and dripping with sweat. I would say that Harding and Barnard are the hardest working players on the pitch, big fat IMO though, as everyone reads the game differently, and I haven't seen every game Barnard's played in. Right here, right now, I wouldn't swap Barnard for Ormerod.

Even better, we sign the two and give them Pulis and Molyneaux

Do you get a private booth? Because I really would feel uncomfortable with anyone seeing what I'm doing with it... Semi-seriously, I don't think they'll last. Either animal rights activists will get at them, or some moaning old whingebag will get scratched and sue the pants off them.
-
Still, nothing can help an act of God. Both Terry and Beckham have slipped when taking important pressure penalties, no amount of practise can account for that. I suppose practising would help with their confidence, but you never know what's going to happen. I hope we're now good enough to avoid penalty shoot outs once and for all.

Knock yourself out chap!

They appear to believe we are signing Francis AND Calderon. I say let's him them for six and sign that Gavin Hoyte that they keep bleating about as being the better of the three players... Not fussed which right back we bring in, so long as: There are two of them, one main and one happy to fight for a place, both want to be here, and one or both will be good enough for the nPC should we get promoted.
