Just a simple question.... if the SOA is an independent report, why does it have to be submitted to the board of directors? Can they change any of it, or is it just for their information?
Don't do anything to mentally arduous late at night. Try a bit of reading. I sometimes have the same problem but I never get up. Usually it's because I'm cold but the big boss insists on having a cold bedroom so I use her as a hot-water bottle.
I should have thought that any parachute payments, if still legally due to a company that no longer existed, would have gone to offset the debts of that company when it was wound up. There is no way that they could go to a new company.
Thanks, I was looking for that. Interestingly the area under the pitch is untouched, presumably to save time and money and because it can always be dug up later, if necessary.
Just looking on Wikipedia and it mentions that the stadium could be extended for rugby, and paid for the pool stages of the rugby world cup, and paid for by the IRB. It's the first I've heard
