  1. Relegation? I very much doubt it. Arsenal have not been relegated since 1913
  2. Funnily enough, I think I prefer it.
  3. Exactly so. Occam's Razor, innit.
  4. Which one's Mayler? As I saw it one of the contestants was accidentally blocked and the player in the penalty area was only trying to even things up.
  5. This is an opportunity for experimentation and the results are not the be-all and end-all that they have been. I would expect to see most, if not all, of the squad members get some time in these two games.

  7. I think we are getting better all the time so I would expect our relative position to improve.
  8. If we're up there we are certainly in it. I think we have improved since the start of the season and our league position is certainly no fluke. We are not just beating teams at home, we are completely outclassing them. As we all know, the next few games will be the important pointers. If we're still up there after those then we are definitely in with a chance.
  9. Yes, unbelievably poor. The ref saw what he wanted to see.
  10. There's a big difference between 'could' and 'will'. We are where we are on merit.
  11. Nice read, thanks.
  12. There's a bit more to it than that, to be fair, position of the arm, motion towards the ball etc. He did actually deflect the ball away from goal but I agree, it was a bit harsh.
  13. I thought so at first but it did actually hit Routledge (?)on the arm.
  14. Last home game of the season will be a title decider
  15. Don't forget the half-time entertainment.
  16. The other way round, I would have thought.
  17. Very nice. Out of interest, who is the subject of the next photo?
  18. We were upper East Stand centre. Best view of the game anywhere in the world. Sad to leave but we couldn't stay there.
  19. Special mention for Steven Davis. Perfect first touch to set up the ball and then bury it in the bottom corner.
  20. he will learn and improve.
  21. Indeed. The only problem is that we shall all be expecting a goal like that in every game from now on.
  22. For some reason I never used to like him but... Respect
  23. Ruthlessly efficient. It was like a roman legion meeting the barbarians, we just trampled them down and chopped them into little pieces.
  24. An England call-up helps.
