What are you public sector lot up to on Weds then?

That is exactly what has been happening to pensions in the private sector, annuity rates are a pale shadow of what they once were. -

To be fair, that would apply to most of them. -

If it weren't growing we would still be in recession. -

That's because they only work for a few years. The £5000 is still a much bigger return that what they have paid in. -
If nothing else it's delayed our promotion by a week.

Peace and happiness throughout the world?

How do you know it hasn't been faulty?

Didn't Ivan Golac have a spell on loan to them?

Well they can go and blow somebody else's bubble 'cause they're not going to blow ours.

I argue against it because it's just not cricket.

This is the problem. Suppose Jose Fonte clears off the line, but the ball may have been over it, and Saints run straight down the other end and Rickie scores. When would you stop play? I don't have much faith in Hawkeye anyway, just remember the way that some of these balls move about and a spinning ball that rebounds off the posts or crossbar can be very unpredictable. Slow motion tv is also unrepresentative of what actually happened, just remember that injustice in the rugby world cup final. All you are doing is transferring the decision to another human in a box somewhere. Then there is the principle of having the same laws throughout all levels of football. We should never let money or television dominate the way that the game is played. Hawkeye was developed at Roke Manor near Romsey. Various goal-line technologies have been tested at Staplewood in recent years.

Hmm, 37600. I shall take the whole thing with a pinch of muriated natrium.

The Law says 'trip or attempt to trip' so there does not have to be contact for it to be a foul and it is possible that Rickie has his right heel clipped, however if you watch Rickie's left leg you can see that he does not try to take the next stride with it and tucks both legs up together, which is common when an attacker tries to 'simulate' a foul. I would say that it certainly comes under the 'attempt to trip' category. These are all covered by the condition 'in the opinion of the referee and while his decisions may not concur with ours, I don't think there's any suggestion that they were not honest (except from Tarricco).

Didn't he play for Tottenham?

Osborne planning 'reckless' pension tax raid
Whitey Grandad replied to badgerx16's topic in The Lounge
It's and idiotic idea much favoured by Vince Cable. If this were to go ahead then nobody would save for a pension because there would be no point. Better to buy gold bars and live off the state if you ever retire. -
The TV replays showed that Robson had tripped over his own feet. Case was nowhere near him, nor did he attempt to trip him. There was a nice gesture from Robson who shook Case's hand and apologised, not that it made any difference.

If we continue to play like we have then nobody can catch us.

Fair enough, I respect your testimony.

I think it depends on the browser you are using. I can clearly hear the later whistle but around 12 seconds there is nothing.

Should have awarded a throw-in to the other side for taking the throw from the wrong place. Just like Walton did on Saturday after being reminded by the crown in the Kingsland. He even had the good grace to smile and give a thumbs-up to us.

I know it's stretching it a bit but Dunk pulls Fonte into the penalty area. We tend to concentrate on the position of the offended and not the offender. However, I don't think anybody would have been screaming for a penalty if he had awarded a free-kick just outside the box..

What happened to it? Was in broken up on a beach in Pakistan?

Away at West Ham?

That would be interesting. Be honest, did you ever think that the 'goal' would stand?
