I've been thinking about this and I don't think that they will have scrapped the fixture all together (just my opinion). There is two other possibilities to having the game as a pre-season fixture. If IIRC the original was against Bayern Munich and that was played in the German mid-season break. With the World Cup still ongoing, if we were looking to bring in top-class opposition, they possibly aren't available pre-season but may be during the winter break. Alternatively, we may be looking to have the match at the time of the actual 125th anniversary in November.

Just read that but the guy who named the team says that Pulis is no longer at the club. Funny how he's listed and pictured on the OS in his shiny new red-sashed shirt.

Think Pearson and Mandaric have fallen out tbh and it seems that there have been no assurances on playing budget for next season. Hull City are restructuring their finances but they (like the Skates) now have at least 4 seasons of parachute payments to play with and a decent enough squad for the Championship. Don't know about Hypo but a reasonable price to me, would be to cover the cost of administration and card issue etc, for straight membership (£5-10). Or if it is some sort of benefits card that gives discount on tickets/merchandising, slightly higher (£20-£25).

The Flybe seats were still there at the shirt launch last week. Presumably there contract does not take in seat advertisement for next season, so they will be replaced. The thought occurred to me that we may have the Umbro diamonds instead.
