It's a good question. Ultimate Head of Recruitment has to be Nicola himself. Player recruitment has to be between NA, Les Reid and the team of scouts. So what is left? Is he just an HR bod, or does he look at academy targets from outside the usual channels and catchment?

TBH I think it's about priorities. Ours this season is promotion, next season if successful it will be about consolidation. Once we are "safely" back in the PL, then the FA Cup will take on more significance, as one of only 2 trophies and routes to Europe available to us.

The whole year TBH. With one game to go (which will be our 50th league game of 2011) we've won 33 games, collected 103 points and scored 108 goals. Can't see that being bettered ever!

Played subbuteo for hours as a kid both the football and cricket versions (mate had the rugby version but that wasn't as good). Lallana for me, gave their full-back a torrid time all game. Richardson was a close second and the midfield 3, Jos and Lambert all deserve a mention.
