Not a lot of use though unless he's worked out how to defend. Let's hope so...

One horse race? Report: Norwich leave Southampton free to strike deal worth £15m-plus; Saints now favourites (hitc.com)

Being an ex grumpy left-back myself, always had a lot of time for Berty. I for one will miss him, been a great servant and don't begrudge him going for one last big contract, good luck to him.

Thought we did ok, if we had a decent striker on the pitch could have got something. But all a bit meh now, roll on some summer signings and next season.
-
Agree, decent first half. BUT can we turn up for the 2nd half for a change?
-
Fantastic result in the end. Some fight and spirit, that's more like it. But red cards for winning tackles, penalties seemingly every time it goes near an arm, VAR pointless. The game is gone.
-
Once again, would have liked to have seen Jankewitz given another chance. Don't mind Redmond starting, bit surprised no Salisu at LB.
-
Perfect opportunity to play Jankewitz, Ralph obviously has no faith in him. Shame, would have liked to have seen what he can do.
-
Well that was a much more entertaining half than I was expecting.
-
But he was excellent in the last game, will be fresh, and is widely thought to be a confidence player, so would be crazy to drop him.
-
Nice to be able to say Redmond MOTM. And obviously sweet to easily beat Boscombe at their place. Happy days.
-
My nipper said Forster failed a fitness test, according to the interweb.
-
Can only assume he wants Tella raring to go against Brighton. Agree about Forster, that's a strange one unless he doesn't want his confidence knocked! Like you would rather see Ramsay right back, and if fit give Jankewitz another go - he likes Manchester!
-
Is Jankewitz injured?
-
Have we ever played 4 CBs before? 🙄
-
Jeez, can't we just celebrate the win and an excellent performance? Redmond didn't even do that bad and still gets slated. Let's concentrate on the positives, stopped the rot on a horrible run, looked comfortable (admittedly against crap opposition, but can only beat what's in front of you). Got players back from injury, Forster looks confident. I'm happy after a match and can watch MOTD for the first time in ages. COYS. (Skates lost too).

They are almost as bad as us. Win their game in hand and they could go 4th. 😲
-
Won't be popular, but in the interest of balance, Redmond did well there. But, yes, otherwise he's been poor.
-
I see your point. But on the flip side, I think Jankewitz needs to play again soon, give him a chance to redeem himself, otherwise can only see his development going the wrong way as it'll look like he's blown his chance which is a bit harsh. Also, harsh for Ramsay, what a horrible debut (think it was his debut), can't put much blame at his door for that and he too needs to play again soon. IMO.
-
If they don't get picked when we have no one else available in their positions, when will they? By all accounts, both are decent prospects, so lets give them another go.
-
Square pegs again. Why not give Ramsay and Jankewitz a chance, can't be any worse...can it?
-
Similar, but would have Ramsay RB with Bednarek and Vestergaard as the CB pairing. Play players in their position.
