  1. And the point of the thread is?
  2. guilty ...but no scarf
  3. So why bring it up...getting a bit touchy?
  4. Is that the best you can do..tut tut
  5. Oh no I don't why I'm replying also...nah nah nah. Your last comment just goes to show what someone send earlier, that you should question your own sanity. Ah that would show perhaps you had some.......perhaps you should take their advice and find help. And as for you lot being 'free' as I said that is the biggest joke. Have you ever been to Texas!! Anyhow how would most of you know what it is like to be free the vast majority have never been out of the country to experience other cultures and to see what real freedom is like. So I do excuse you for needing mental help as you have been brainwashed from birth.
  6. Good post. But will sarni start telling us that USA is the land of the free....now that would be funny.
  7. Just like 99.9% of the dross you have posted on here. And the 0.1% is being generous. lol
  8. USA = big country, big asses and big mouths
  9. wasn't it you that posted this same crap last season....if you don't like the pricing you don't have to go.....the blue few could do with an extra few bob.
  10. good news all adds to the stability of the club.
  11. where does J.Rod fit in?
  12. I for one and I'm sure the same goes for most (all?) other Saints fans.....I Can't wait for the season start esp' the Europa league draw, 17th July....what a turn around from 2005. I personally think if we can maintain similar league position and qualify for the Europa Cup proper will still be progression. Softly, softly, catchee monkey....the bigger clubs and their fans still see us as a one/two season wonders and look down on us as little Southampton who they can take players off when they click their fingers, so patience will hopefully win the day. COYS
  13. Like everyone else I think the last 5-6 years have been incredible and rise from League 1 to being in the Europa League qualifying rounds. From what we hear coming out of the club progressing into Europe and challenging for the top 6 then the top 4 of the Premier League are our targets, which is all great. Many see the Europa being a poison chalice but I agree that it should be seen as the next stage of our development and progression. My question is: When do the club and fans on here feel progression, as stated above, turns in to challenging to win something? After all that what it is all about. I'm quite a patient person but it would be nice to have a decent cup run (FA or League) esp' as I think we were so near to having one the past two seasons, but going out to Sunderland twice, Sheffield Utd & Stoke.
  14. Anyone have access to liverpool forums to ask the question?
  15. Did the scousers do any memorial silence this weekend or at the last match at anfield in memory and honor of the 39 killed at Heysel? If not why not?! Surely the last game for Mr S Gerrard at anfield wasn't seen as more important!
  16. Heart - wants out Head - there is no real option, that i think won't massively adversely affect the wealth of the nation, but to stay in.
  17. So is the '76 stripped paper being hung in the changing room (7mins 31) a hint to the new kit? Best line for me '....I thought you were Phil Tufnell'
  18. Thank you for your balanced appraisal and insight to mine and other peoples postings.
  19. Ditto. Austerity will continue for all but the top 2% earners in this county, where they will continue to get richer. Cameron has played a blinder: - set/spread the fear of the Labour:SNP pact - put party politics before the country - put at risk UK membership of Europe. (my heart says leave Europe:my head says we have no choice but to stay) - put the Union at risk in a stake of party politics before the country - not taking part in the debates (other than one) he gave voice to the minority parties and thus spreading the vote. Labour play into Cameron's hands: - Milliband as leader - playing to central rather than tilting to the left - backing austerity plans - lack of honesty about the last time in office and over spending. Why didn't they just stick their hand up and admit they balls'ed up and over spent but hand learnt from mistakes Where have the values of the people gone. With the Tories in, it will be another 5 years of those at the top 'I'm okay jack' attitude while the others face the cost. I hope you know where you local food bank is. There need is set to grow even more. And for what it is worth I'm in the top 2% earners. Proud to be from Southampton Test - Labour Held. Proud to be living in Borough (Southwark) - Labour Gain Good luck it is going to be needed. Remember it will be those with least that will pay for austerity. Proud to be a lefty and care for others and not just myself.
  20. Just to make it clear as you don't seem to get it: IT IS THE LAST HOME GAME OF THE SEASON. So it is likely to be one of the most popular games of the season no matter who it is against, whether it has been CAT A on previous season is completely irrelevant. It is called supply and demand. Coming up with quotes about 'SFC ripping off fans', and 'being laughable', etc is just quite frankly pathetic. You can always buy a season ticket then problem is resolved. What are you going to do when we are one of the regular top 4 and every away game is a CAT A because everyone will be wanting to come and see us. ;-) Don't tell me you don't go to away games.
  21. any streams for today?
  22. We all care about lazy good for nothings but they are such a small percentage of the drain on the system, but it does gives the tories the excuses to go on about those with nothing genuinely can't work who are tarnished with the same brush. I don't have the figures but try compare the tax dodgers against the scroungers. The amounts lost to the revenue by Tax dodgers runs in to billions. The amount the scroungers cost is still in the millions, yes I know still too much. And you don't hear much of the tories running after their mates in big business trying to get the tax owed. Instead they know the media like to get on the band wagon about scroungers and immigrants not paying their way.
