He looks to be quick, good with his feet and has an eye for finishing. His goal on 13:00 was brilliant.
If nothing else, he'll add a bit of spice to our goal celebrations! The ones at 5:30 and 7:45 were particular highlights.
What did you listen to? He didn't say we were great or anything, he highlighted that we had enough possession to put the ball in good areas to score goals. We didn't do that.
We weren't dominated just because we lost.
Bristol City played decent football at times and completely worked us out. We learnt nothing from our defeat there a month ago.
We passed when we should have shot and shot when we should have passed.
Can't be bothered to go into much more detail.
Guly was poor (again) and Lallana was useless.
Thought Schneiderlin was once more our best player, with De Ridder working hard and Lambert being constantly fouled (the ref seemed to be blind at times).
Can't seem to put my finger on what has changed over the last month.
Roll on Monday...?
Hardly has a dazzling scoring record and has never really stood out when i've seen him. Jordan Rhodes would be great, but like I said I think it may be someone from abroad.
