  1. I have to agree, Lowe did do well on the Jones situation, as sorry as I felt for Dave. I can say that as someone who wants him gone very badly now.
  2. Why not have both? If we get thumped 5-0 tommorrow night this may come true anyway! Totally agree that these should be out targets but don't forget Mike Wilde.
  3. Anyone ahead of Bell-end. Very talented but sh!ts himself when the pitch isn't flat or when the pressure is on in an England shirt. Let him stick to double centuries off medium pace dobbers at Derby or Leicestershire.
  4. That;s true but you also do not have the option of not holding Lowe totally culpable for wasting our first parachute season in 05/06 on a another daft experiment we couldn't afford post-relegation and significantly increasing the club's overheads when income was slashed. Remember, Lowe said "we don't know where the next penny is coming from" that season. FACT I'm not excusing Wilde and the Execs in any way, some of their antics in the early part of 07/08 when the parachute money ran out were despicable and Keith Wiseman was also culpable for signing off deals such as Jason Euell. Nothing personal SS but none of us are prepared to accept the re-writing of history.
  5. Certainly Trousers I cannot see that beyond the odd version of "Swing Lowe" that we are going to get much out of JUST targeting Lowe. He owns very little of the club and could dispatched by Wilde at any time. I would advise going for not only Lowe but also Wilde, Askham and Richards - far weaker men. Wilde could just fire Rupert and say "look, I've given you what you wanted" which would only stop the crazy experiments. I do want Lowe gone badly but we have to really go for the old guard this time.
  6. If Alpine has got a job recently at the local airport it's a sure thing! Actually, Alpine should lock him in some dark cupboard and not let him out until April at least.
  7. Someone should point out to Askham - if he's still lucid - that Wilde and Lowe look increasingly likely to put us into administration by March - bye bye to any more profits on his ill-gotten gains from Bowyer and Corbett. That would be justice insome ways but right now we are so desperate we get rid of the Dickhead Duo that even Askham is on the list of people that might help if we talk in the only language Guy comprehends - money and backstabbing. No point trying an ethical line as Guy doesn't have any.
  8. If the Echo don't give the board a very hard time today, Saints fans should boycott the paper until it does. Unlike boycotting one of the nationals, this would really hurt the paper and force it to change it's tune.
  9. I know a few Skates that were there today, will delight in asking them how much of an eppy some of their fans threw. The muppet show/lounge should be lively early next week!
  10. Get him if you see him. A sharp ski could do a lot of damage.
  11. Rasiak was the highest earner so won't moan at the board for that but the others are a bit inexcusable. Fulham are gits as well, just scored at Kettering. Could have done without Blackpool winning in the CCC today - Blackpool haven't got millions - albeit some modest investment from Latvia - their budget is still smaller than ours and they have a 3-sided ground yet they can get wins when they need them. Their players are grown men and have a bit of bottle.
  12. If the Skates lose, I hope ITV show some proper highlights on their FA Cup show so I can have a beer and savour the moment Dyer scores.
  13. Just saw that. Amazing what being told to train properly and being motivated can do for players.
  14. I'd love to be a seagull (not a Brighton fan) flying over Fratton watching the Skates going demented that a current scummer, and one that robbed on their patch, has scored in their tinpot rusting shed. Then once I'd had my fun I'd fly low over the Fratton end and deposit a huge crap on their heads.
  15. Shows us the club DO read what goes on here. No wonder we get these odd posters re-appearing now that we haven't seen since the end of S4E.
  16. Get in! I want to see the Skates reaction on the highlights tonight, they will be going beserk, especially as it's Dyer!
  17. Why don't you support your club and get rid of a clueless Chairman and CEO? Did you not just hear MLT on Sky? He is better placed to know what is best for SFC than either of us.
  18. True but their influence could be curtailed ie banned from SMS and made clear that they are to be shunned.
  19. This is where the Echo and Solent need to step up to the plate - "With JP gone, why haven't you resigned?" etc and really fry Lowe and Wilde, if he's there.
  20. Casualty is a good shout - the disasters are the same and totally avoidable every week, the staff are tired, emotional and and have a high turnover rate and the Hospital Director is always an obnoxious, incompetent twit. Crimewatch - you can imagine the photofit section with mugshots of Askham and Wiseman - have you seen these men?
  21. Yep. However, NONE of the current lot should stay including Mr Teflon the Finance Director Jones and I'd clear out Askham and chums so he can't influence and cause trouble behind the scenes. I still remember the "don't panic" appearances on local TV when Guy was trying to dribble or drop down dead in the middle of the interview. Still, I'm sure his carer would have wiped him clean at the end, if only because of how much cash the old spiv had in his pocket.
  22. Duncan has posted some quite interesting and actually fairly revealing stuff on some of the other threads - JP not having done a team talk for some time for example. I do agree that certain very senior employees and shareholders who are not as vulnerable as the bulk SFC employees should be put more direct information in what they are saying, as long as it is not libellous, given the fact the club looks not far away from a VA at best and folding altogether at worst with a board that hasn't got a clue what it's doing.
  23. Trouble is Phil one of our greatest recent players is being used a political tool and I don't like it. I hope when we do eventually get rid of Lowe and Wilde for good that Michael still has a role to play.
  24. Totally agree, we'll never know what Frost or the consortiums had to offer, Askham, Richards, Wiseman and friends were simply intent on lining their pockets, particularly at the expense of Bowyer and Corbett. This is why for us fans over 30 Mike, this is payback time for Guy Askham.
  25. Good post Yorkie and we do need ahead of the Swansea game to make sure that we maximise publicity. Radio Solent may well report on it and we can use other stations in he area as well. I think Lowe is actually not the key here, it's about taking a hardline message to Wilde, Askham and Freemason chums - we want you gone starting with Rupert but that's only an appetizer. Askham in particular should be in our sights. I'd also echo your call on being non-violent. Please, if anyone has a few beers pre-march, DO NOT resort to violence, criminal damage or anything that breaks the law - it dilutes our message and puts off any potential buyers or investors.
