Good point actually - the team is the bit that has been carved as thinly as possible during the course of the season and all the decent cuts were sold off. It is where the majority of investment is currently required. That said - I am still well hacked off right now.

I think the penny may have dropped for some. We may be in administration and looking for new owner and have renewed optismism for the future. There maybe more fans in the stadium - but at the end of the day we have the same team on the park. We are a place higher than Charlton - who are woeful - so lets not think that we have a team of world beaters. Time to dig in and work hard now.... graft on the pitch is the only way to get out of this.

Sorry, really really sorry, on my knees begging your forgiveness, bowing furiously to your unchallenged knowledge and intelligence - will never have the audacity to ever question your undoubted mastery of all situations Saints. Then again - let's wait and see how administration pans out - I seem to remember we have had our fair share of false 'new dawns' - so perhaps we'll wait a couple of years to pass judgement and not claim the moral high ground after just a few hours - eh?

Yep - administration and all our worries would be a thing of the past. Coupled with the fact that his strategy for the 'sales team' reads more like any fans 'dream sheet'. All of the 'ideas that make us marketable' can be found at err about 90 other league clubs as well - so I hardly think anything on the list makes us a unique prospect. One would hope that any investor with a couple of million to spend would have a little more business acumen other than to be drawn to buying us because we have a 'Dynamic Red and White strip'...!

A noble gesture, but surely with the masses about to return that simply deprives somebody, who could attend, the chance of seeing the game. Who'd be a fan eh - damned if you do and damned if you don't. TBH though I think there may be a surge in interest for one match (maybe the remaining 3 home games) but after that I bet there are still 1000's of empty seats. So perhaps if we can get those empty seats sponsored ala Alpines - 'buy but stay away gesture' - our problems will be solved.
