Not so very long ago that would have been an hilarious statement, sadly though, today, I think you might be correct...

I think that all of those calling for a change of manager are probably weeing the wrong way and in danger of getting wet legs. I really can't see Lowe admitting that he has got two 'revolutionary' appointments wrong in a single season. We are going down - it is not the players fault - they were not and are not good enough, with the management that was charged to inspire them. The problem is not actually relegation - it's the fact that we will all have accepted it and believe (as we did at the start of this season) that there will then be new hope. We will believe that the manager and players will get us promoted back to the CCC. Alas, I fear with Lowe and this management - we may well leave league 1 next season - but it will be by the back door.

I think we are probably in real danger of becoming the laughing stock of the CCC - a bit like Derby did in the Prem last year. We are that bad.

Exactly - and just because he was a damn good player does not follow that he will be a good coach (deal with it). Not only that, he only has the players that are in front of him and if they are not very good - then no amount of coaching is going to make them great.

He'll be here, and no doubt we will be in the mire in that league too.

Exactly - time to abandon this total football crap and start to really go for games. I would much rather go down fighting than watch a team try and implement a plan that has little chance of working. Time to try and get a good lead in games - goals breed confidence, time to throw caution to the wind and just go for it. F u c k i t - if we are going to league one lets go cheering ffs.

If he wants to give credit to anybody - give the paying customers half of thier money back - they deserve it. They gave half a performance - yet charged full price. It has happened far too many times this season.

Saints won't go under - yes it could get worse - but I doubt that we will get to a position where they actually cease to exist. A thought that occurred to me was 'In a couple of years time, will we all look back at the last 5 or 6 years and be joking about it', al la Manchester City. They fell into the 3rd tier briefly, I wonder how their supporters felt at the time, but look at them now. Sadly though - I don't think that we are going to be so lucky and our fate could well be a lot worse than thiers. No Saints to support - f u c k i t - don't bother...!!!

New manager honeymoons are generally the first 3 game they play - after that it normally all goes downhill from there...!!! HTH

I think this probably sums up most fans feeling who fit into that over 45 category, as do I. Such a shame that we can't even stabilise ourselves in this league and at least give the fans some hope.

Sorry but not good enough any more - yes we have come back in a few matches recently, but lets be honest it is just that - a few. We should be sweating blood at SMS in front of the home supporters. Our home form is absolutely atrocious. Sorry - but we are obviously not fighting hard enough - because tonight we were at home, in front of our own fans, playing 10 men and we still blew it. OK the young lads have excuses, but as has been pointed out on here many times now this season - other teams are playing more, and younger players than ours and are getting results. We probably now have one foot in League 1 and unless the players start to roll up their sleeves and battle we will be relegation certainties.

Now where does it say anything about anybody releasing specific share-price sensitive information..? It doesn't - you have made that assumption. In fact just what does it say - not a lot really does it - more idle gossip for us to twist and regurgitate in whatever form pleases us. So long as you play only judge and jury it is perhaps not too bad - but if you were the executioner then a few fools would have been 'seen too' merely for 'mouthing off'. Poor attendance, poor result, poor team, poor everything - time to start preparing for life in league 1 methinks. What makes it irritable though is that we appear not to have any fight whatsoever. Norwich, Forest and even Charlton are fighting. We appear to have given up already. Our home form is absolutely shocking. I believe next season we will be re-opening the corners again - mind you the rest of the ground will be closed.

I think you'll find that if anybody is being 'utterly ridiculous' - 'tis not I. Nobody has released any specific share-price sensitive information. A poster here has merely perported to hear from (ohhh here we go again) a 'creditable source' that we will go into administration. On one hand you go off on one saying that tis a serious, serious crime whilst in the next sentence you say that you take the story to be imp(l)ausible. So which is it, crime of the century has just been committed or yet another poster on here has spouted off before engaging brain. However, I'm sure plod has nothing better to do and is probably tracking down Forresters 'source' as we speak (type)...! This rumour is no more credible than the 1000 or so rumours that have gone before it - nor does it warrant any sort of intervention from the local police.

Exactly - so what was your first post intended to do - flush out the originators source, or merely try to scare the crap out of him. Most posters here would be in nick by now if the 'accuracy' of thier information was checked out be the 'Old Bill' - most is wild speculation at best. As for sources - most of the 'Cabbies', 'Stewards', 'Landlords' and 'Friend or a friend' would also be detained at HM pleasure for some of the 'scoops' on this forum. Let's be honest this board has more leaks than our current defence and is about as reliable as a chocolate fireguard.

I think you might have 'gone off on one' there - perhaps you should review um pahars last post with regard to where he suggests that it might be worth reviewing posts in the morning...! If that is not to difficult to understand of course.
