Absolutely awful, at no point did we look like winning this. Should've just gave them the points and told them to **** off home. Absolute crap. I think it's probably time to give Burnley some credit, they don't keep beating us 'by luck', they are better than us and have been for some years. You may not like their style, but at the end of the day it's getting them wins and points. They could've won it by more today after we put 3 up top, Burnley looked more the likely to score. Was very interested to see this in the news recently. Having not lived in Southampton for some time - its a little concerning that it has come to this. However, I can't really say that I am that surprised, in my opinion the Police are not fit for purpose when it comes to 'low level' crime. Rarely is it solved, rarely do people get caught and when they do rarely do they get prosecuted. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-hampshire-51443429/on-patrol-with-the-public-policing-their-community It's a sad world when people have to patrol their own streets in order for residents to feel safe.

Did it make you feel big calling lots of people 'dinlos' from behind the safety of your keyboard?

It is what it is I guess. If you accept the fact that he wont score you goals but play him to his strengths then perhaps he's worth a contract extension. At one nil up, trying to close a game out, and needing somebody to run in behind and stretch people, he's your man. At one nil down and chasing the game needing a goal, he probably ain't.

Yep, haven't beaten them for about four or five years. I remember a couple of seasons ago at St Mary's, we totally dominated them, failed to score and they pumped one ball into the box after about 85 minutes and Vokes scored with their only effort of the game. The football they played that day was horrible, I remember walking home after the game actually feeling sorry for their fans having to watch that every week. We played well at Turf Moore, 1st game of this season, dominated for the first hour, they scored from a hoofed clearance, and then beat us easily. I hate playing Burnley. We might all be gutted because we were better than them, but the reality is spurs beat us in 15 - 20 minutes, they didn't start playing until 75 minutes in. I said we'd rue the missed chances when JWP went off, and that's how it transpired. No Spurs didn't deserve to win, but we have only ourselves to blame. Crap night.
