5. that the option of “integration” and/or “assimilation” that is on offer as official policy in Britain must be firmly resisted and rejected. ------------------------ Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

What will Charlton do with their game in hand tonight
Crab Lungs replied to thefunkygibbons's topic in The Saints
Charlton's honeymoon period will expire soon. -
Well, I like to think I sit rather in the middle of the political axis and make my own judgement but I am getting worried about many of the islamic-themed reports recently - and now this...

I'll reiterate what I've said ever since I've started supporting Saints; We have a considerable volume of complete d1ckheads as fans... and always will have, by the sounds of things. T

It was ridiculous the amount of threads on ex players so I see SC's point. Unless you just want to see two full pages of ex player memories clogging up the board. It's not ideal having been merged but it's probably the most sensible decision...

I totally agree, but sadly the same people who found fault in every owner pre-Cortese will continue to do so in Nicola; not that things shouldn't be looked at objectively, it's just that this lot do it for the sake of it... even when things are far, far better than they've ever been. You can guarantee they'll be the ones with all the answers and solutions whenever we have our next crisis, too... and boy do they revel in a crisis! Still, it's hard to stop people who like the sound of their own voice...

Lmao, bet his account of the event didn't match the camera's....

Well, I've been proven wrong, defo. Dalglish has exceeded my expectations. I still believe the Liverpool players weren't playing for Woy at all, which didn't help. Kudos though... !

I liked Tomas Hajto

Funny you mention David James... why is he considered articulate and intelligent? Every time I've heard him speak he sounds like someone pretending to be intelligent, but not having the vocabulary to do so...
-
I think he's just an option, not a solution. Then again, I reckon he'll probably do enough to earn a new contract! Get him in your FF team Stevo

LOL, timely reminder to have yet another chuckle at their expense

Anyone remember when we were linked with Bjorn Johansen but he never moved because his wife would have to stop practising as a lawyer and would lose significant income? Shame, he looked against Chelsea for Tromso in the CWC
-
He wouldn't even get in the side; Jermaine Wright's already a shoe-in.

Missed a trick there. Still, at least we signed Neil McCann. :-o

Yup. Him and Nilsson. People bang on about Davenport but Jakobsson was far, far worse. Nilsson was embarrassing, such a bottler.

For such a serious thread, there is some awesomely amusing comments on here!

Once again, I agree with your assessment of Ferguson/the game however (!) Seabourne was terrible, truly terrible. Kept wandering out of position, got done for pace (a little toe before Mackail Smith got there would have been enough to put the through ball for the first goal in the stands), constantly on the wrong side of the player he was meant to be tracking and also was countlessly clumsy with distribution (though many were, tbf).

Seabourne was f()cking atrocious this evening, a real liability. Kelv should have done better with the first goal, other than that... I have nothing else to say. Meh.
-
Blimey... looking at some of those old photos freaked me out Interesting thread though!

This sums up Portsmouth pretty much for me http://www.28dayslater.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=53776 However, worryingly, Joanna's doesn't look too different from when I last visited There was a post a few weeks a back where I think Whitey Grandad mentioned a ghost town he intended to visit but never got round. Personally, I find it pretty eerie looking at these photos: http://www.ghosttowngallery.com/
