Where were you when we were sh*t?
-
It's because all the MOTD cameramen have Parkinsons.
-
Did you play today Sue?!! tell us all about it! It's exactly like the premier league games going on. Maybe all our Sunday league players could tell us about their games too.

A really basic error at a crucial time in the match, very poor. The problem we have is that such is the hype around hart the other keepers are untried at international level. Forster, Foster and Ruddy are all good keepers but only really have a handful if friendlies now to stake a claim to the England shirt for Brazil. Which isn't ideal at all.

Get back to your spuds Jamie. Do you model yourself on Stephen segal in under siege? -
It has potential and the inspiral carpets original is a great song but as usual we arse it up. For a start who ever described a manager joining as signing a manager? The words are wrong as griffo pointed out it not 'tell us what it's like' it's 'this is how if feels to be Pompey' the ideal time for this was when we played them in the championship at their place, not now.

A lot of people call me c*nt after our chairman. -
I think you'll find at the time a lot of them were fair comments. Hindsight is a great thing isn't it. I'll happily admit MP has proven me wrong and we are starting to look a very good side, back end of last seasons and the first few games of this we didn't though.

Like your 6 year old boy expecting to see Guly is crap, yes?

No neither of them played for Crystal Palace in the premier league, but palace are a premier league club now, so they have both played for another premier league club. What they haven't done is play in the premier league for another club.

Martin Samuel would have but he want on there for some reason this week.
-
Nathaniel Clyne and Jose Fonte have.

This can't be true, the entire media hate us and are trying to destabilise us with their anti saints agenda.

The only good guy to come out of the whole shambles and whose part in the club shouldn't be underestimated. Paid the wages for a while and also made a huge loss on his shares to get Lowe out. I'm also pretty sure he was one of the ones who refused to let SISU take us over when Jim hone and the others wanted them in.

I disagree, as I said on the match thread, our back 7 were so dominant I don't think it would have made any difference. To me its pretty evident poch doesn't fancy him.
-
Behave, they wouldn't have scored if they were still playing now.

I remember after going to the Dell to watch Saints thrash Sheffield Wednesday 5-1 to reach the FA cup semi final in 1984, which was also the start of our great run to 2nd place, my first thought was to the chairman and hope he was enjoying himself. This was the days before mongboards so I immediately wrote into the echo to say that I hoped Alan Woodford enjoyed his evening that night. He deserved it. Afterall, he was the reason why we won the FA cup in 1976, finished second, had the European footballer of the year and one of England's greatest ever goalkeepers play for us and qualify for Europe season after season, he got every big decision right and as a fan of the club I'm eternally grateful for what he did for us back then and wrote to the echo to tell him so.
-
Our back 7 are incredible, whilst a lot of the plaudits will go to our attacking players for today and rightly so, the defensive midfielders and centre halves didn't give Fulham a sniff, winning the ball back quickly and aggressively every time we gave it away. Clyne and Shaw forward well as well as doing their jobs defensively and although Boruc won't have a quieter afternoon he's been outstanding and you can see the confidence the defence have in him. As a unit we are looking very powerful and difficult to beat. If we can keep our key players for then we could be in for one hell of a season, really fancy us for a decent cup run if we take them seriously.

Not your brightest post ever and that's saying something.

Rumour has it he served the captain some burnt chips and they poured the boiling fat over his hands as punishment.
